What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the NBC television network, the Manifest TV show stars Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, Athena Karkanis, J.R. Ramirez, Luna Blaise, Jack Messina, Parveen Kaur, Matt Long, and Holly Taylor. After a turbulent but routine flight, the crew and passengers of Flight 828 disembarked to find the world had aged more than five years. Their friends, families, and colleagues had given up hope of ever seeing them again. Now, faced with the impossible, the passengers’ dreams of a second chance at life evaporate as they encounter imminent dangers surrounding them, both tangible and unexplained. In season three, new challenges will test the Stone family’s trust of “the callings” and each other. Sticking together is more important than ever because no matter what happens, it’s all connected.
Season Three Ratings
The third season of Manifest averaged a 0.47 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.09 million viewers. Compared to season two, that’s down by 31% in the demo and down by 21% in viewership. Find out how Manifest stacks up against other NBC TV shows.
Manifest was cancelled by NBC but was later revived for a fourth and final season on Netflix. Season four resumes on June 2, 2023. Stay tuned for further updates.
Telly’s Take
Will NBC cancel or renew Manifest for season four? This show doesn’t deliver great traditional ratings but I think it does well enough with streaming and delayed viewing for it to potentially be renewed. It’s a co-production of Warner Bros. and NBCUniversal. If it’s cancelled, I think NBC will try to bring the story to a conclusion (ala Timeless’ wrap-up finale). This is exactly why I don’t watch new shows. They seem to always get cancelled so what’s the point? Of the last 3 shows I’ve really liked and started watching Hero’s, The Passage and now Manifest all cancelled in the middle. Why even bother. I won’t make that mistake again. I’ll stick to movies instead from now on.

Honestly this show hasn’t had enough advertisement I watched the first season when it came out. I’ve been checking on it regularly but I never found anything after that. Until it hit Netflix its a great show and it needs to be finished!

I just started this series and binge watched it. Now I find out it was cancelled. Are you freaking kidding me? Not cool, NBC. Not cool at all:( I really hope someone picks it up to continue and finish it.
I really hope they bring it back. I don’t want to be stuck and not know what is going to happen. You can’t just end a show on a cliff hanger and then not continue

Just another reason I don’t tend to watch network tv. The writers should not rely on cliff hangers to renew. Craft a beginning to end in 1-2 seasons and go to the next project.
The way it ends leaves me wanting more !
Manifest is an awesome show! Totally do not understand why NBC would cancel it.
I guess I won’t be watching NBC at all now… Manifest was the only show on that network I watched.
Yeah, I’m extremely disappointed and saddened by the cancellation. It was one of the best and intriguing series i have ever seen.
I cannot wrap my head around the cancelation of Manifest. How can this network do this to it’s viewing audiences. You have some dumb shows that should be cancelled and yet, they are renew. I’m very dissanpointed.
I wish Manifest hadn’t been cancelled..I just found this show on Netflix..I love it..I’ve been bingexwatching it on my days off. Is there anything we as viewers can do to help this program?
