Don’t worry. There’s more Star Trek headed for the cinema. Vulture reports there will be a fourth J.J. Abrams Star Trek movie that will feature the return of Chris Hemsworth.
The Thor actor played Captain Kirk’s (Chris Pine) father, George Kirk, in 2009’s Star Trek.
When asked if he has plans for a fourth Star Trek movie, Abrams said “100-percent yes”:
There’s something that hopefully we’re figuratively minutes away from talking about. The answer is 100-percent yes, and it’s incredibly exciting.”
Scott Mantz from Access Hollywood confirmed the news on Twitter:

JJ’s rebooted universe is a place far far away from what the original creator intended to use his work for.
