What do you think? Do you watch The Chew? Are you sad it’s ending?
Following the Chew after so many years has strengthened my desire to have a product that I can feed my friends and family with great confidence and joy. How I am going to miss the inspiration of Carla, Clinton and Michael! They each gave so much of their expertise to the making of recipes and speaking about their heritage. What they have given to me personally is the sheer enjoyment of the preparation and the sharing of a meal. A thank you to them all. Please do not take down the website because I do not have copies of all… Read more »
The true enjoyment of cooking/baking, was inspired by The Chew. ABC made a very wrong decision to cancel the show. The hosts made cooking fun and entertaining. The food they cooked was exciting- how to change up a hamburger, who would have thought! Truly upset by this decision to cancel- all networks need to get back to the basics, enough of the “reality” shows- they are going to far!
The Chew was entertaining and I loved their topics. I hope something similar comes back soon.
I am so very saddened that “The Chew” has been cancelled. Just cannot believe one of the best shows on TV is being taken off. It is one of my favorite shows on TV and it is because of the dynamic among the hosts. They make the show real and fun. When there is so much trash on tv with bad language and violence, I cannot imagine why ABC would cancel this show. Please reconsider and keep in on with new episodes in the fall.
I love this show and hope it will show up on another network!
I love this show and hope it will show up somewhere else.
I am so sad that you cancelled the chew I watched it every day. Please bring it back
The Chew was original & fresh. I loved the shows that led up to Holidays; they were fun with to get ideas from. It seems like any original show that doesn’t feature forensics, zombies, gore or crime, never makes it on any channel. I can make a list of good, intelligently written shows that have been cut. I’m so sick of the same old horror story, crime fighting detective shows. Yet, a funny show like Better Late Than Never, Ghosted, or an original like Person of Interest, Timeless, Time After Time, Houdini & Doyle get the ax. And the “monster”… Read more »
I always liked The Chew. The hosts seemed to be easy with each other and have a good time. I liked that they allowed the food workers and stylists to demonstrate their skills to get credit for them. So, recipes weren’t all that happened. Humor was there, too. And I really liked the hosts!
Hopefully another channel will pick this up. It was great having a realtime cooking show. Wonderful hosts and nice comments about daily living.
I will NOT watch another hour of GMA.
I liked the chew. had some very interesting recipes. learned a lot from them going to miss them
It’s about time the SPEW is cancelled. It should never have been shown in the first place
What we don’t need is another hour of news/day time talk shows. Hopefully one of the food channels will be visionary and pick this team up. They are fantastic talented chefs as well as individuals everyone can relate to – so many great recipe’s-they brought humor and enjoyment to day time TV.
I should also add that I love GMA, but lets admit, I will not watch another hour of it! Enough is enough! GET REAL PRODUCERS! I don’t tape GMA, I just watch it when I have a day off and surely would not want to watch yet another hour of it, people need diversity!
I would like this show picked up by another network! After a hard days work at my job, I loved to come home and watch of course the taped show of the day and it made me laugh, feel good about things and inspire me! I hate that this a GOOD show that has been cancelled when there is so much junk on tv that should be cancelled. I understand the drama/issues because of M____ but I can’t hold that against the rest who make this show what it is and they do such a fantastic job!
I totally agree with Linda. I always laugh at all their antics and am very tired of news talk shows and will probably not tape or watch any replacement. The remaining people didn’t have anything to do with the issue for which it was cancelled. My best wishes to the hosts and hope to see them together again. Enjoyed every show that I was able to watch
