Val won’t have to battle Elena in the 2022-23 television season. NBC has cancelled The Endgame so, there won’t be a second year. The low-rated first season of 10 episodes finished airing on May 2nd.
A crime thriller series, The Endgame TV show stars Morena Baccarin, Ryan Michelle Bathé, Costa Ronin, Jordan Johnson-Hinds, Kamal Bolden, Noah Bean, Karl Josef Co, Massiel Mordan, and Mark Damon Espinoza. The story follows Elena Federova (Baccarin), a recently captured international arms dealer. She’s a brilliant criminal mastermind who orchestrates a number of coordinated bank heists throughout New York City for a mysterious purpose. Her antagonist is Val Turner (Bathé), a principled, relentless, and socially outcast FBI agent who will stop at nothing to foil Elena’s ambitious plan. As the heist drama unfolds it becomes clear how far some people will go for love, justice, and the most valuable commodity in the world — the truth.
Airing on Monday nights, the first season of The Endgame averaged a 0.27 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.88 million viewers in the live+same day ratings (including DVR playback through 3:00 AM). While these numbers don’t include further delayed or streaming viewing, they are a very good indicator of how a show is performing, especially when compared to others on the same channel. It’s one of NBC’s lowest-rated series in the traditional ratings. In the live+7 day ratings, the show averaged a 0.40 demo and 3.66 million when factoring in the delayed viewing.
Today, the peacock network also cancelled the comedies Kenan and Mr. Mayor. The day’s NBC renewals are American Auto (season two), Grand Crew (season two), and Young Rock (season three).

The Endgame was one of the best original shows that was created in a land of reboots. So sad to see it cancelled. Hopefully CBS or one of the Streaming services decides to move forward with a Season 2. I would love to see what comes next for Val & Elena.
I am so sad this was cancelled. Every week it felt like a new puzzle that needed to be solved. It stinks that a show with so much potential with such strong female leads was cancelled.
I liked it ALOT. You never knew what was coming. And Elena’s clothes were awesome, lol. I’m definitely going to miss it. I’m really surprised it got such low ratings. I guess people don’t like to watch intelligent women playing a game of cat & mouse & looking beautiful doing it!! It always amazes me that these kinds of shows get canceled, but the stupid, mindless ones, don’t. I guess the Bachelor & the Bachelorette & all those animated programs & game shows are the way to go. NOT!!

We just finished all the episodes. This was a great show. Very disappointed they are not renewing Endgame. Every time we get into a new series they cancel after the first season. We hope someone will pick this show up.
NBC is just a terrible network. They have a few good shows but for the last 15 years the continue to cancel good shows and promote garbage. This is why I have no problem paying for CBS and rarely watch NBC.

I recorded each episode of the “Endgame” to watch, I am very disappointed ☹️ at the cancellation of the series. The antagonist versus protagonist portrayal was done well by the strong-willed female characters. The plots were fluid and intriguing. Please “RENEW”.
This is yet another example of quality television getting cancelled while crap shows with nothing intelligent about them continually get renewed. Maybe if networks actually put some effort into keeping quality programming we’d see an end to the non-stop production of “one hit wonder” shows that only last for one or two seasons.
The only good show on TV and it’s canceled. Back to Hulu I guess. #NBC, you blew it.
Endgame was a terrific show. It wasn’t mindless nonsense. It was drama that made you think critically. (Something that’s lacking these days). I hope another network picks it up OR NBC tries another night. Tuesday night would work. It could actually replace the FBI show that killed off Jesse.

I hope that this show is picked up by another network. I think it’s a great show and has a lot of potential for many different story lines. If they don’t renew this show they are crazy!!
What a great show. Was looking forward to season 2. Only the second show in years that I went out of my way to watch. So many idiotic shows keep running year after year. Couldn’t wait to meet up with friends and discuss every episode. I hope another network picks it up.
