As fans of The Firm may have noticed, the cancelled legal drama was bumped from the schedule once again last Saturday night. As a result, NBC has adjusted their schedule and delayed the final four episodes by one week each.
If you watch the show via Hulu, you may have already seen the 19th episode. A note on the streaming website says, “Due to a programming error, Chapter 19 went up earlier than intended. We apologize for the error – it will become available again this weekend.”
You can see the revised airdates below, as well as brief episode descriptions:

What do you think? Are you still watching The Firm? Do you think that they’ll wrap everything up by the end of the season/series?
This show is great! Its better than great, its amazing! How could anyone cancel it?????
Please reconsider NBC. I love this show!
Please reconsider NBC. I love this show!
I watched episode 22 last night and it said series finale. Okiks is right the end was cut off with something like 6 weeks later with Mitch breaking out of a shipping container. Is this how it ends? I think the show deserved better than this.
Shyrose » I’m guessing that you watched on Global in Canada. Last night, NBC aired “Chapter Twenty”so that leaves two episodes for 7/7 and 7/14.
Please, please sell this show to another network if you can’t handle waiting for it to generate a bigger audience NBC! It will happen if you just give it a chance. I am left on the edge of my seat by this show every week. You did yourselves no favors by not airing it consistently every week. This is by far the best crime drama (except for Blue Bloods) on TV! Please keep it alive!
NBC made a BIG MISTAKE cancelling this show. I am with it to the end. I note that it’s number 3 on iTunes’ tv show listings. I wish the fine writers and cast well and hope they
find something soon as they all deserve better than what they were handed by the jerks who cancelled the show.
I just watch episode 22. It ended like somebody cut it off – then with a scene that fast forward to “6 weeks later”. Did anyone pick up season 2?
You probably delete or erase NBC in you TV channel afte what they did to this show.
Okiks » Now did you watch episode 22? Last night’s was episode 20 so NBC has two more.
I’ve seen the 22 episodes. Episode 22 ends with a scene that has a caption that says “SIX WEEKS LATER” is this series cancelled or not? I would hate for it to be cancelled… I saw it on Global…
I feel the same way! I love the show and the characters. I would really like to see more!
I have watched this from the beginning, and it so much better, than all the programs NBC puts on,I onlyy watch NBC just to see the Firm,I do not who makes your decisions, all my friends watch it,so I do not know where your ratings come from,I hope one of the other stations pickit up,and say it is going to be on and then put Betty White on in stead how ridiculous.
cant wait to see the nend
I am confused. How many episodes have aired to date. I think I am missing a few inbetween.
19 have aired. There are three left.
I agree with those who say that The Firm is an exciting, fast-moving show with great writing. I don’t think it has found its audience yet, and I think it can get even better: it already has great chemistry and plot. I hate to see it go…
We love this show and dont understand why dumbass NBC is cancling it??
OK so NBC cancelled the Firm and Harry’s Law and so on. So I plan to cancel watching Revolution before it even starts. This way I can escape this same second class viewer feeling before the TV god at NBC decides they don’t need me again. I recommend producers who think their show might last more than a season or two pitch it to a cable network or anywhere but NBC, the pea **** network.
I am hoping a cable network picks up this show. It’s fabulous. It’s one of the best, most intelligent shows on TV these days. I guess that’s not popular and only brain dead “reality” shows are approved for additional seasons. Someone out there….please pick up this show!!!
I would like to find out the criteria, and data that NBC is using to base their ratings on. It seems to me that all the networks may be using “Twitter” and, or “Facebook” for their data collection. Those two sources are not random, or scientifically valid. I have noticed this trend over the last few years. It really upsets me to think these clueless executives are making decisions on invalid data and ticking off their true watchers.
