Is Keith Allan leaving Z Nation? TVLine reports his character on the Syfy zombie drama may be getting recast.
On the series, Allan plays Murphy, a former convict who might be immune to a zombie virus that has affected the rest of the world’s population.
According to TVLine, the show’s producers have begun the process of recasting Murphy due to contract complications with Allan. However, it’s not a done deal. If the issues are resolved, Allan could return to the role when season three production begins in May.

These actors , it had been proven many times, they get big heads, want more money, and when it’s not given, they disappear into obscurity to live in a small trailer for the rest of their days! Nobody will notice them then. I will watch the show with or without him. Stop playing games with these two season greedy people. Just keep the show on! Period. I will watch, and laugh a few years down the line at Murphy when he’s doing infomercials. Lol!!!
Give The man the money the show won’t be the same without him. He is the show. I’m not sure if I’d watch it again if Allan wasn’t in it. He is The Murphy and does a very good job
agreed….what they should do is get that fat ugly bad acting black chick lame “leader” off the show…she is ruining the show and season 2 was awful compared to season 1 because of her presence
Keith Allan IS Murphy! Don’t be cheap Asylum, he deserves the cash, and you know it. Without Keith you might as well just kill the show.

i personally wouldn’t watch z-nation without kieth allan as he is the murphy no -one can pull off his uniqueness and i love the whole cast but i wouldn’t be z-nation

I think it would ruin the show the cast is amazing together and together make the show what it is!
I love ZNATION I would still watch it if Murphys character was recasted. Once you get used to watching a show and you get to be a fan of the characters. I would really be disappointed if one of the main characters dies. Then I would stop watching if they decided to kill off all the main characters. Of course I still have the two seasons on dvd that I bought so I could watch them if I still want to see the original cast.
If murphy got replaced I would stop watching it because Keith Allan plays the best murphy and if he gets replaced the show wouldn´t be the same with a different actor as murphy

I love the show. I think that if Murphy is recast the show is doomed. I have never seen a intense show survive any main actor recasting ever! Nobody can play a jerk like allen
I will not want to watch if he is recast and would be highly disappointed. Allen fits the character of Murphy hands down. Please find a way to fix this issues.
