What’s This TV Show About?
An ABC sitcom and Roseanne spin-off, The Conners stars John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Sara Gilbert, Lecy Goranson, Michael Fishman, Emma Kenney, Ames McNamara, Jayden Rey, and Maya Lynne Robinson. Guest stars in season one include Estelle Parsons, James Pickens Jr., Natalie West, Johnny Galecki, and Juliette Lewis. The sitcom follows the working-class family of Roseanne and Dan Conner (Goodman) including their three children Becky (Goranson), Darlene (Gilbert), and D.J. (Fishman), as well as Roseanne’s sister, Jackie Harris (Metcalf). No matter what challenges the family meets in Lanford, Illinois (even without matriarch Roseanne), the Conners endure — thanks to their persistence, humor, and most of all, love.

While I don’t think The Conners will end up being a big hit, I suspect the ratings will be strong enough to land the series a second season renewal. I’ll update this page with breaking developments. I say cancel it! Rosanne was the driving force if the show. Without Rosanne, there is no Conners. Put this show out of it’s misery!
Cancel…Roseanne was the star..show no good without her.
I’m thinking “It was All a Dream” might be pretty funny for the first episode of “The Connors” for Season Two… Like the old “Dallas” show. Dan is taking his morning shower, and turns around– there’s Rosie! The whole year was just a dream Dan had last night. Rosie is still alive, and everyone starts back at where they were in May 2018. That’s the only way I would ever unblock the entire ABC, LAFF, and Hulu networks from the tv’s in my house. Disney re-hired Gunn. Rehire Roseanne. Otherwise, I will never watch ABC again.
UH hell no terrible show not one of the cast can carry a lead role, tried watching a couple episodes and that wasn’t it, Becky character may be able to spin of onto another show as a co star but that s it

I enjoy the conners. Miss Roseanne but the Conners is still good. Do not cancel the show. I have recorded all the episodes and watch them over when I need a laugh.
I love “ The Conners”. The show is better without Roseanne. She was always too obnoxious for me. I hope ABC will continue “The Conners”.

Without Roseanne, The Connors is NOT ANY GOOD. It’s Not Funny. She was the backbone for all the laughs and it was absolutely ridiculous to cancel the Rosanne Show. Cancel the Connors..
