Is there still hope for Dark Matter? Recently, co-creator Joseph Mallozzi suggested there may be a chance for another season of the cancelled Syfy TV show.
As reported earlier, Syfy recently cancelled the space-set drama after three seasons. The cast includes Marc Bendavid, Melissa O’Neil, Anthony Lemke, Alex Mallari Jr, Jodelle Ferland, Roger Cross, and Zoie Palmer.
On his blog, Mallozzi revealed that other networks have expressed interest in saving Dark Matter. However, the co-creator also mentioned that time is running out to save the show as both the crew and the cast can’t wait forever.

If it was on a channel that I could access, I would watch a 4th season.
I like well enough that seasons are worth taking home. If we like well enough its worth taking home. I like it by the season and I like to see it finished. I hope they get the message.

Save Dark Matter, great show, great cast… they cant leave us hanging with the ending we had in season 3 if they are going to end it there has to be a better ending than that.
One of the best sci-fi shows ever!! (Firefly was great also) I would love to see 2 or 3 or more seasons for this well written, well acted, great sets, costumes and an “at the edge of your seat” episodes that continually keeps you focused and drawn in as the adventure continues. Please do not let this series end as my heart can’t take another demise of a wonderful series like Firefly was!!!

Dark Matter is one of the best shows comparable to Battlestar Gallactica,Stargate series and yes, Star Trek.
Its has all the basic elements to be great (cast, story, photography, special effects, realism). My heart sank when I saw the cancellation. Dark Matter must be picked up for a fourth season. Tying up the show in season four would make for a complete journey and ensure dvd sales and syndication, based on its then being a completed series.

I think losing Nix may have disappointed some people. The parallel crew must be given a chance to see redemption and have the Android as the bridge for humans and synthetics (that includes #2) to find a way to coexist.
