Bode is hoping for a second chance in the first season of CBS’ Fire Country TV show. As we all know, Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Fire Country is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustrated when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we invite you to rate all of the first season episodes of Fire Country here. *Status Update Below.
A CBS drama series, the Fire Country TV show stars Max Thieriot, Billy Burke, Kevin Alejandro, Diane Farr, Stephanie Arcila, Jordan Calloway, and Jules Latimer. In the story, Bode Donovan (Thieriot) is a young convict seeking redemption and a shortened prison sentence. He joins a prison release firefighting program in Northern California. It’s a high-risk, high-reward assignment. Bode is unwittingly assigned to Three Rock Con Camp, which is located in his small hometown of Edgewater. That’s where he was once a golden all-American son and also where his troubles began. Five years ago, Bode burned down everything in his life and left town with a big secret. Now he’s back, with the rap sheet of a criminal and hoping for a chance at redemption.
What do you think? Which season one episodes of the Fire Country TV series do you rate as wonderful, terrible, or somewhere between? Do you think that Fire Country should be cancelled or renewed for a second season on CBS?
*1/7/2023 update: Fire Country has been renewed for a second season by CBS.
Love this show but that was a horrible finale. No way a DA come in and makes that deal. Completely ruined the season with that ending. Ugh
I know why Bodie did put himself back in jail….but what’s going to happen? What an ending.
Love Fire Country! More seasons please!
Another great show last night. Great drama, storyline and acting. AWESOME!!!! Keep it coming.
Am so glad that Fire Country got renewed for season 2 Keep the good ones coming. Love the acting, drama, and the story line. I am looking forward so much to season 2. Keep up the great work and acting.
It’s hard to believe J Bruckheimer is credited to this show. His creations before were awesome. But this? It must be a new ghost writer of soap opera acclaim and absolutely no technical consultants on this show.
I know many firefighters, and they are laughing their guts out on the goofs and common sense
oversights. If it wasn’t for the famous Bruckheimer name, this show would’ve been laughed off the network.
I love this show Max Theiriot is an awesome actor and he is gorgeous the show keeps you wanting more can’t wait until Friday
Fire country is a terrible show ..like a old time b show..too much fake ness…tried several times to watch. It’s almost painful
Another great episode!!! Always look forward to this show. Great drama great acting and so real like. Just keep it coming so nice to have something different to watch.
I really like this show It has proven to be a very good show! People helping others and working together to better their lives and help each other. Was really sad that Rebecca died, she was really making a difference too would of liked to see her get ahead in being that lawyer. Good acting and drama bring it for another season
Really like this show. People trying to change their life for the better, helping others, making a difference.
But the producers always make the same mistakes, killing of well liked characters.
Rebecca Lee’s character should not have been killed off.
Love this show of all the shows that deal with fire on all the networks FIRE COUNTRY is my absolute favorite pick of all those shows without a doubt. I just love the dynamics between the station and the volunteer firefighters and the community and the friends and family. You definitely can’t miss any show it’s to exciting to watch what happens next…
Love Fire Country. The firefighting scenes are very close to real. Real life Volunteer Fire Stations I grew up in a small, rural town with a family of volunteer firefighters, First Responders and EMTs, and Aux members. My dad was also a Forest Warden. If a large brush fire or wildfire broke out, he was on the scene and took equipment with him because it was stored in a container on our property. There was no paid staff at the fire station. Volunteers did everything. Ran firefighting calls, and medical calls. Prep for the next time pagers went off. And… Read more »
