What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the Hallmark Channel the Good Witch TV show stars Catherine Bell, James Denton, Sarah Power, Catherine Disher, Kylee Evans, Katherine Barrell, Marc Bendavid, and Scott Cavalheiro. Set in the town of Middleton, the show follows Cassandra “Cassie” Nightingale (Bell). She’s the owner of a shop called Bell, Book & Candle and is recently married to Dr. Sam Radford (Denton). Like her daughter Grace, Cassie has the gift of enchanted insight and magical intuition. The velvet pouches of soil discovered by Cassie, Abigail (Power), and Joy (Barrell) at the end of season six mark the start of a new Merriwick mystery for the cousins to unravel. This leads them to reflect on their pasts and how certain life events have impacted who they are now. Alongside the usual Middleton fun, season seven promises new relationships, personal challenges, and romance.
Season Seven Ratings

Will Hallmark Channel cancel or renew Good Witch for season eight? The show has done very well for Hallmark but Cassie’s been on the air for a long time (since 2008, if you include the movies). At some point, this show will end its run but I suspect it will have a ninth season. I’ll update this page with breaking developments. Hate this was cancelled, one of the few feel good shows on air. Good family show that made me happy. Everything else on TV is mostly murder and mayhem. What a shame, hate to see it go.

I am so disappointed to see The Good Witch will not go to another season.
I wish there was something we the viewers could do to prevent a total cancellation.
I personally enjoyed so many hours of this series with my recent passed beloved life partner.
We had found it recently hard to keep up with all of the different characters and jumping back and forth between characters and timelines.
I am truly grateful for all of the time & energy the actors gave themselves. For our enjoyment. I will miss thism.

Please don’t cancel Good Witch season 8. It’s one of my favorite shows.
I have been watching the Good which series from the beginning and every season I look forward in seeing a new season each time. This show has been very magical for me and I enjoy watching all the characters even down to her daughter, in which she is no longer on the show that was disappointing. And that’s ridiculous that Hallmark has put everything to ratings System . when the show brings a lot of good thoughts and wonderful magic. And if Hallmark move forward to cancel the show. I can’t believe they’re not going to renew Good Witch. It’s only one of a handful of shows I feel are family oriented. And always have a positive message within the show. Please, tell us what we can do to get it renewed. I will do whatever it takes. PLEASE!
I’ve looked forward to Good Witch every season. I’m handicapped and I don’t leave my home and Good Witch, When Calls the Heart and Chesapeake Shores are what I look forward to. I beg of you please don’t cancel any of these.

I have left lots of comments over past two months; but o am asking now can Hallmark give us one more Halloween movie? PLEASE!!!! I didn’t keep any but watched them all; so I would really love to have another to look back on from time to time Please think about it Tonites show reminds me of those movies ! The magic of a time gone by! The magic that made us all better people!

Hallmark is so wrong to cancel this show Good Witch. Best show ever. You’re probably going to put some stupid reality show on Hallmark, then I’ll just forget about watching Hallmark all together.
Well, here we go again! How many shows, that air now, can a family sit down to watch that doesn’t have cuss words flying out of the mouths, violence, in the form of fighting, stabbing and shooting people, or a show that’s not filled with sexual innuendos or the showing of people in bed talking about sex. It is so hard to find an interesting, intriguing show to watch that’s clean tv. You don’t have to have cussing, guns and sex to make a good tv show.
