What’s This TV Show About?
A comedic, fantastical Syfy crime drama, Happy! stars Christopher Meloni with Patton Oswalt (voice), Lili Mirojnick, Medina Senghore, Ritchie Coster, Patrick Fischler, and Christopher Fitzgerald. The season two cast also includes Ann-Margaret and Big Show. Happy! centers on a former cop, Nick Sax (Meloni). As a hitman on the skids, a drunken and depressed Nick had his existence turned upside down by Happy (Oswalt), an imaginary unicorn, who is out to save the day. In the second season, Sax is trying to stay sober and do right by his family, but old nemesis Sonny Shine (Fitzgerald) is now on a mission to Make Easter Great Again (MEGA) with the help of his demented Easter Bunny henchman.
Season Two Ratings
The second season of Happy! averaged a 0.09 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 286,000 viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 56% in the demo and down by 57% in viewership. Find out how Happy! stacks up against the other Syfy TV shows.

Telly’s Take
Will Happy! be cancelled or renewed for season three on Syfy? The ratings are way down and there was a nearly 14 month gap between the end of season one and the start of season two. I’m thinking the show will be cancelled. For now, I’ll keep an eye on the Nielsens and update this page with breaking developments. This show was hilarious! Had a bit of everything..comedy, gore, wrong on so many levels but had you wanting more! Why cancel an imaginative, genius show like this then allow **** like love island keep going?! Makes no sense!
Happy was pure genius and Meloni at his best. I always liked his roles but he aced it with Happy.
Really disappointed I loved this show hope somebody else picks it up because it really was hilarious I’m a big Christopher Meloni fan and this was a perfect character for him sad to see another one of his shows canceled
Brittany, I also am a big Christopher Meloni fan. I could see that he was having fun with his character and to show its’self.The animations were also great and had nuances that few would catch such as “Happy” being startled into pooping little apples (In the horsemans world they are referred to as ” Road Apples “.
This would be a natural for Netflix to pick up.
Typical , this channel cancels everything that viewers like. Let me guess…….SYFY wants to bring back wrestling and ghost hunters!!! They really know how to piss people off!!
