While most fans seem to have liked the way that Mad Men wrapped up its seven season run, others were frustrated that some outstanding plot points and characters weren’t given closure.
Interestingly, show creator Mathew Weiner and the rest of the writers may share some of those frustrations. Reporting from a Writer’s Guild Foundation Q&A panel for Mad Men, EW’s Anthony Breznican tweeted a picture of Weiner’s wish list of topics to address before the finale.
What do you think? Did you like the Mad Men finale? Which topics/characters would you have liked to have seen given some closure?
In my opinion, it probably would have been easier to accomplish ALL of these plot points and character arcs if “Mad Men” had been a broadcast network TV show with 20+episode full seasons.
I was glad no one jumped off the top of a skyscraper!
