What’s This TV Show About?
An ABC television adaptation of the Korean mystery series, God’s Gift: 14 Days, Somewhere Between stars Paula Patton, Aria Birch, Devon Sawa, Catherine Barroll, JR Bourne, Samantha Ferris, Noel Johansen, Imogen Tear, Carmel Amit, Daniel Bacon, Rebecca Staab, Greyston Holt, and Matt Visser.
The drama centers on San Francisco local news producer, Laura Price (Patton), who is helping the police track a serial killer. When her daughter Serena (Birch) falls prey to the murderer, the fates present Laura with a one-time-only “Groundhog Day” sort of reset. To change destiny, she must save the victims and catch the killer. As Laura uncovers what connects her to this fiend, she will come to learn that thwarting fate requires supreme sacrifice.

That’s what I was going to say. I love the show as well, but I don’t know how they make season 2 be anything unless it focuses on someone else similar to Secrets and Lies.
I thoroughly enjoyed this show….and was thrilled that it ended the story lines with the ” good guys” winning!
I would love to see a second season as long as it is done tastefully. I’m not sure if that is an option. They can’t try to commit suicide again. Then automatically wake up days earlier. Hard call…..

I would like to see it renewed! There’s many ways a new story line could go! I loved the series and there’s not many I like!
After leaving my comment, hoping that this series will end with the season one finale, I read the comments other viewers had posted. I’m confused. I figured everyone would want the season to end with Danny and Serena being rescued. So apparently I’m missing something …. like where the story would go in a second season. Maybe a new mystery? If that were the case, yes, by all means, bring back Laura and Nico and Serena.
I wonder if they would do something similiar to secrets and lies were each season focus’ on a new set of actors and story lines.
Yes, a new one
I understood it somewhere between was designed as a limited run series. As much as I enjoy the show, I really hope that this season finale is also the series finale. I’m waiting for some real resolution … Serena and Danny to be saved, and a fairly happy ending. If it were just a drag on and start that 8 day waiting period all over again for a second season, it would be too much like that first season of “The Killing.” I never watch that series again.
Please don’t cancel this show, it is really good and the actors are great. Stop canceling good shows, they’re people that appreciate good television and have a brain. Thank you.
I have fallen in love with this show. It’s nothing like no ABC show I’ve ever seen. The suspense from episode 1 is what reeled me in. They can’t have it end with just one season. It’s too good. Please make a season 2!!
