What’s This TV Show About?
An NBC psychic police procedural, The InBetween stars Harriet Dyer, Paul Blackthorne, Justin Cornwell, Anne-Marie Johnson, Cindy Luna, Chad James Buchanan, Andres Joseph, Michael B. Silver, and Sean Bulger. The paranormal drama centers on Cassie Bedford (Dyer), who is gifted with abilities she often considers a curse. Cassie has unbidden visions of events past and future and is also approached by spirits who need her help in some way. She gets drawn into the cases her foster father, Seattle Police detective Tom Hackett (Blackthorne), works with his new partner, former FBI profiler and LAPD detective Damien Asante (Cornwell).

Will NBC cancel or renew The InBetween for season two? The ratings have been quite low but they have been consistent. I suspect this summer series will be cancelled but NBC could keep it because it’s a summer series and they have lower expectations. I’ll update this page with breaking developments. I really enjoy this show. I hope it doesn’t get cancelled. Please give it another season as it is different that most of the other shows on TV.
NBC should definitely renew this show for a second season or more!!! It is so different and that’s what caught my eye in the first place! Now I am hooked! There is nothing like this show on tv that is this good to binge watch if possible and if not possible then to not miss a single episode!! After canceling a few other good shows I might start losing more faith in NBC!

Please don’t cancel the Inbetween. Most people watch on demand or on NBC apps so ratings are really a thing of the past. It is a good show with interesting characters.
I agree with GAIL! That’s how I am watching EVERY episode!!! Hulu is MUCH cheaper than cable!
