What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, the 9-1-1 TV show stars Angela Bassett, Peter Krause, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Oliver Stark, Kenneth Choi, Aisha Hinds, Ryan Guzman, Corinne Massiah, Marcanthonee Jon Reis, and Gavin McHugh. Inspired by real-life experiences of first responders, this show centers on the police officers, firefighters, and dispatchers who are thrust into the most frightening, shocking, and heart-stopping situations. These emergency responders must try to balance saving those who are at their most vulnerable with solving the problems in their own lives.
Season Six Ratings
The sixth season of 9-1-1 averaged a 0.59 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 4.70 million viewers in the live+same day ratings (includes all DVR playback through 3:00 AM). Compared to season five, that’s down by 23% in the demo and down by 10% in viewership. While these numbers don’t include further delayed or streaming viewing, they are a very good indicator of how a show is performing, especially when compared to others on the same channel. There can be other economic factors involved in a show’s fate, but the higher-rated series are usually renewed and the lower-rated ones are cancelled. Telly’s Take
Will FOX cancel or renew 9-1-1 for season seven? Despite high ratings, this show’s renewal came down to the wire last season because the network doesn’t own the series. I think it will be renewed but could potentially move to another outlet if the economics don’t make sense for FOX. I’ll update this page with breaking developments. As a retired 9-1-1 dispatcher, this is very close to what first responders encountered and some episodes should be used for training, especially how Mattie handles her dispatching career

Please DO NOT CANCEL 911 Season 7. With Angels Bassett, Aisha Hinds (Mrs Hen Wife) Peter Krause,, Jennifer L-Hewitt, Kenneth Choi, Oliver Stark, Galvin McHugh, Ryan Guzman, M. Reis, Corinne Massiah Please bring ALL of the cast members back. This is my FAVORITE shows . I would be devastated 8f it was cancelled.

Fox has slipped I was Fox watcher but lately only 911 or 911 Lone Star . The rest of the shows are game shows not interested. I buy so commercial tv should want me as a customer.

I love 911 and hope its renewed.
I usually like mind bending or science fiction, but I am obsessed with 911. It’s a comfort show of mine. I just finished all the seasons again. My 5yo loves it too and always pulls out his firetruck and cop cars. This TV show pulls out so many emotions and I’m really invested. I don’t want this show to ever end…. We love 911 in this house!!! We love 118!!!
Please make more seasons my favourite show and I need at least 4 more seasons befor even thinking about it being cancelled.
Renew Season 7 of 9-1-1.
With so many different scenarios to play out. I can only see it ending when the writers lose that vision.
