What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, the Almost Family TV show stars Brittany Snow, Tim Hutton, Megalyn Echikunwoke, Emily Osment, Mo McRae, Mustafa Elzein, and Victoria Cartagena. Based on the Australian drama series Sisters, this show explores what it means to be a family and the potential emotional complications that new generations of In vitro fertilization (IVF) children can face. In the series, Julia Bechley (Snow) is an adult only child who has her world turned upside down. She learns that her father, Doctor Leon Benchley (Hutton), a pioneer in fertility, secretly used his own sperm to father over a hundred children. While still reeling from this revelation, Julia discovers that she has two new half-sisters — her former best friend, Edie Palmer (Echikunwoke), and ex-Olympic athlete Roxy Doyle (Osment). As the three daughters begin to reconcile their new reality, Julia starts life without having her dad by her side, Edie comes to grips with her sexuality, and Roxy faces adulthood out of the spotlight. The trio attempt to bond as unconventional sisters while dealing with new siblings as part of a rapidly expanding and very untraditional extended family.

Telly’s Take
Will FOX cancel or renew Almost Family for season two? The ratings are pretty low and they should be a lot better considering that it follows The Masked Singer, the highest-rated series in the demo. At this point, I think it will be cancelled. For now, I’ll keep an eye on the ratings and update this page with breaking developments. I love Almost Family. It is replace the considering all the sperm donation going on. Give it a chance to catch on
Hopefully, the show continues; the characters are amazing! I love the actors and actresses. The storyline is interesting every week and brings new timely topics up, as the characters navigate what life throws at them.
I love this show! I will be devastated if there arent more seasons to come! Almost Family is the best new show in several seasons!
Please let there be season 2, every time I get into an American program thay take it off, there’s so much more thay can do with these characters,

I think the show could go on for at least 3 seasons. I could see how it could get stale (Plot is limited) but for now I really enjoy it. I like the characters and storyline.
Renew it…It shows how “family” isn’t always who raised you. Great Show deserves more seasons.

Please don’t cancel the show. It’s a good story. Getting better every episode. This could be a ground breaking show. At least do a season 2
I’ve asked others., why should they let them self get to another program, and have it cancel. Start building it up. Chose a different time slot. Please give it another chance.
I love Almost family. It is a show that looks at relationships from very different directions and shows how “family” can be formed in many different ways, too. The show has me on the edge of my seat, waiting for the next episode, and now that I’m caught up binge watching everything available, I’m hoping Fox won’t cancel the show, before it has a chance to find its viewing audience.
I like the show. I find it entertaining.

Renew almost family!! Please!! I’ve been trying so hard to find episode 4 everywhere on line and on Hulu thinking I missed the show last week, when apparently it never aired. 🙁 I’m addicted!
