The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available.
3/11 update: You can see the latest night’s ratings in context.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.
For comparisons: Season one of B Positive on CBS averaged a 0.56 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 4.66 million viewers in the live+same day ratings.
Note: These are the final national ratings, including all live+same day viewing and DVR playback (through 3:00 AM). Early fast affiliate ratings (estimates) are indicated with an “*”. While these numbers don’t include further delayed or streaming viewing, they are a very good indicator of how a show is performing, especially when compared to others on the same channel. B positive is a great show please bring it back
By far this is thee worst silly, campy most ridiculous waste of ones half hour! I’m surprised it made it this far but considering the mentality level of viewers in light of lesser competition? I’ll pass for a renewal! Seek bettter casting please!
Love this show and all it represents.
B+ has helped people who have had any kind of transplant realize that they have been given a second chance on account of the sacrifice of others. God bless both involved.
I would love to see this show continue.

Don’t cancel b positive it’s a good show
Please do not cancel B Posituve
it should be cancelled. its dumb
I thoroughly enjoyed season one of ‘ B positive’. season two started out enjoyable, as well. However, I wish the writers would stop making light of alcoholism and drug use at the assisted living facility. They are wasting Gabriel‘s character; he would not risk his career by getting high with that idiot girl every day. Gina would not be able to keep her facility open with those two getting high and bragging about it every day. Get real! Stop treating alcoholism and drug use as if they are amusing story lines. Please don’t ruin this refreshing show by trivializing very… Read more »
Welcome to Chuck Lori‘s world where other people’s misery it’s a full gain of money. It’s disgusting how he treats drug abuse other people suffering for his own financial gain. This is just total frustrating how he’s allowed to continue this madness I find it sick
You need to understand Chuck Lorre is famous for doing this making fun of habitual problems. I finally had enough of this childish genre. I think it’s tacky and distasteful recently I had a family member who is passed away an elderly member and seeing how he’s Doesn’t have any respect. And his need for fun and laughter is disrespect for other peoples disabilities and handicaps I no longer have any respect Chuck Lorre
season 2 was too extreme of a change lame now
Simply put, It is a good show! The concept of the show is really smart, and I think the show’s transition from the first season is one of the best ever.
Love this show. Cannot wait to see it each Thursday. A great commedy…good cast…great acting.
Want to like this show. Great cast. Chuck Lorre factory. But it just misses.
Not a fan of season 1 . Not sure if I will watch season 2
