Is Frank Reagan headed toward retirement in the 14th season of the Blue Bloods TV show on CBS? As we all know, Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Blue Bloods is cancelled or renewed for season 15 (in this case, we know season 14 is the end). Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustrated when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we invite you to rate all of the 14th season episodes of Blue Bloods here.
A CBS police family drama series, the Blue Bloods TV show stars Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg, Bridget Moynahan, Will Estes, Len Cariou, Marisa Ramirez, and Vanessa Ray. Recurring players are Abigail Hawk, Gregory Jbara, Robert Clohessy, Steve Schirripa, Dylan Walsh, and Will Hochman. Malik Yoba and Jennifer Esposito are guest stars. The show revolves around the Reagans, a multi-generational family of New York City cops that’s dedicated to law enforcement. Patriarch Frank Reagan (Selleck) is the New York Police Commissioner and runs his department as diplomatically as he runs his family. His unapologetically bold father, Henry (Cariou), previously served a stint as Chief. A source of pride and concern for Frank is his eldest son, Danny (Wahlberg), a seasoned detective, family man, an Iraq War vet. Danny sometimes uses dubious tactics to solve cases with his partner, Detective Maria Baez (Ramirez). Frank’s daughter, Erin (Moynahan), is a New York Assistant District Attorney. Frank’s youngest is Jamie (Estes), a Harvard Law graduate and the family’s “golden boy.” He passed on a lucrative future in law and followed in the family’s footsteps as a cop. Eddie Janko (Ray) is Jamie’s wife and a fellow officer.
What do you think? Which season 14 episodes of the Blue Bloods TV series do you rate as wonderful, terrible, or somewhere between? Do you think that Blue Bloods should have been cancelled or renewed for a 15th season on CBS?
Well what more can be said about this show one of the greatest that CBS has had on for years. Is really sad to see it come to an end, as I’m as I am sure it was for the actors too who fought so hard as well as us viewers to have it come to an end. Very sad They will never be able to replace it unless we have a spin off. Has been our Friday staple in this household since day one.
Another great episode as always, I am really going to miss this show as it is the only one that is decent and great to watch. Such great story writing and wonderful actors. CBS made a really really bad choice to cancel this one as there are so many more that should of been instead.Hope their decision really hurts their network
The best show on television the last 15 years with consistent good stories so its a shame the those IDIOTs at Paramount/CBS is removing something that is an integral part of their overall programing. I already cancel cable, standard television because its so terrible and now they do this. If the FBI keep removing my favorite characters like the Chicago series, I intend to drop American television all together.
Always a great show as it has been for 14 yrs. I am very upset that CBS has cancelled this show when it’s the only great family orientated show that we have to watch and the life’s lessons and morals are so great. Not enough can be said about this show, I have watched it from day one and I will continue to watch it repeats. Last night show was another fine example that CBS is so stupid to cancel this show, but let’s keep stupid reality shows or crime and violence on like the equilizer and such. Like they… Read more »
Excellent
Two-parters are best as one hour less commercial time is not enough to fully develop the usual 3-4 stories involving the P.C., his 2 sons & 1 daughter with partners, the P.C’s staff plus a bit with Grandpa AND the usual Sunday dinner.
Blue bloods should and need to continue . In a world like ours we need to see more of the human side of police work. And good family values like haveing dinner with the family, at the table .
Best show on tv !!
Your right! And that is why they’re canceling it. BB goes against the turn of this country’s morals, which is to defund our police.
No – its being canceled as a) has had a long run (top 2% of all time night prime times & b) cost of such a LARGE cast! Compare to NCIS & it’s ‘family’ of spin-offs – smaller casts, smaller payroll.
I get a big kick out of Blue Bloods , because back in the 80’s I met Tom Selleck and Jack Lord on the same day while Magnum was being filmed So I really enjoy anything Tom Does , Too bad Jack isn’t still with us Though So I reallly hope they can Continue ,Maybe they could in the meantime bring back Tom as an older Jesses Stone I always thought the they should have made that a series a long time ago.. … And for my friends who know me K.I.T.T STILL ROCKS !!! Later
I love all the NCIS, FBI, Blue Bloods
