Is Sheriff Hollister up to the job in the first season of the Deputy TV show on FOX? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Deputy is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we invite you to rate all of the first season episodes of Deputy here. *Status update below.
A FOX crime drama, Deputy was created by Will Beall and stars Stephen Dorff, Yara Martinez, Brian Van Holt, Bex Taylor-Klaus, Shane Paul McGhie, and Mark Moses. The show follows an ensemble of ambitious and complicated people who won’t rest until justice is served. The story begins when the elected Sheriff of LA County dies and an arcane rule in the county charter suddenly thrusts the most unlikely man into the job. A true “white hat”, Bill Hollister (Dorff) is a fifth-generation lawman and is only interested in justice. His close team includes Deputy Cade Ward (Van Holt), Deputy Brianna Bishop (Taylor-Klaus), and Deputy Joseph Harris (McGhie). Hollister frequently butts heads with Doctor Paula Reyes (Martinez), chief trauma surgeon of LA County General Hospital and also, Hollister’s wife.

I am a police officer I thought the show was without a doubt best realistic cop show on tv. Great characters and Stephan Dorf was his best performance ever on the show. The show Deputy was best on Tv that and New Amsterdam.
Please do not cancel this show. My husband and I love this show. The new sheriff is doing a great job handling his position, employees and family. The sheriff stands up to the people who are out to get him. The show needs to continue because it’s one of the best new shows.
If Fox keeps making decisions like this, I think I will consider not watching the channel at all. Fox has made to many decisions like this about shows without considering the people who watch them.
I’m very disappointed that the show Deputy has been canceled. I enjoyed watching this show immensely. It was like a breath of fresh air. I wish you could reconsider your decision.
I wish this sow had not been cancelled. Can another network pick it up. Not a separate subscriber network.

Deputy should have been renewed your raking away all the good shows and soon there is going to be nothing. You should have thought that maybe people are having to DVR stuff right now because they have to deal with kids home 24/7 have to help them with thier homework after getting home from essential working

Am very disappointed that fox canceled deputy didn’t even give it a chance. I enjoyed it and would of liked to see it for another season just when he was going to run for sheriff too. ROTTON!!!!
Deputy was BEST NEW SHOW of 2019. If FOX doesn’t see it, hope another network will pick it up
So disappointed in fox. Thursdays are Not good and this show deserved a better spot. We had to record to watch it. Definitely an eye opened to many about the hardships and fine lines in justice and service.
Fox you didn’t give deputy a chance. You wanted it to fail! Bring it back! We need more shows like this to keep our country grounded in facts and not prejudice.
I thoroughly enjoyed this show. Fox should have given it another year before cancellation. It takes time for a show to develop a following.
