A high-energy cooking show hosted by Emeril Lagasse, a master chef and owner of a top New Orleans restaurant.
Working in front of a live New York City audience, energetic Lagasse demonstrates how to “kick up” gourmet cooking — with seasonings and his trademark “Bam!”
He prepares a wide variety of dishes, from cajun to stir-fry. Celebrities and well-known chefs sometimes make appearances to cook alongside Lagasse. Live music is an integral part of the program and is usually provided by Doc Gibbs and the Emeril Live Band.
