What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the CBS television network, Evil stars Katja Herbers, Mike Colter, Aasif Mandvi, Michael Emerson, Christine Lahti, Kurt Fuller, Brooklyn Shuck, Skylar Gray, Maddy Crocco, and Dalya Knapp. A forensic psychologist, Kristen Bouchard accepts a job offer from David Acosta (Colter), a former adventure-seeking journalist. He’s now studying to be a Catholic priest and has been tasked by the Church to assess unexplained phenomena. Acosta also recruits Ben Shakir (Mandvi), an even-tempered realist with carpentry skills. He uses those abilities to uncover practical rationales behind “hauntings.” Kristen is certain that science can provide answers to every incident that the trio encounters — until she meets Leland Townsend (Emerson). He’s a sinister man who oozes menace and threatens Kristen and her four young daughters (Shuck, Gray, Crocco, and Knapp). Undeterred, Kristen, David, and Ben set out to assess inexplicable events to see if there’s a logical explanation or if something truly supernatural is at work.

This is one of the best shows on tv. Smart, alittle scary, and accurate. I’m elated it was renewed for a 2nd season. Good job CBS!

I really like the show “Evil”. Am very disappointed that it is not on this week and I can’t find out if it will be back soon. You
The show Evil should be renewed. It’s not a scary show but evolved around the devil, catholic religion an gifted people. I personally love we this show an look forward to Thursday night. The acting is fantastic, the plot is very interesting and there findings or believes are surprising. I rate this show 5 stars, an look forward to season two !!!!
I have changed my mind. This creepy devil is perfect. He is perfectly demonic. I’m on episode 9. Even with all the dark humor in this series the devil gives me the shivers, as he should I suppose. This gets better and better. My hat is off to the writers. It is refreshing to watch something that isn’t a rehash of so many old series repurposed for younger audiences. Well, the battle between good and evil is as ancient as homosapiens, but still this is good stuff. I’m still holding out hope for good to win.
I thought this series’s was boring in the beginning, but then I realized each episode was building more suspense than the previous one. I think the devil should have been more attractive, ie. Handsome, because his evilness would have had a better contrast to what we perceive as good and beautiful. A handsome demon could get away with, well….Anything (Though the actor who portrays the devil does a good job at being creepy.) The program is a bit sophomoric, but it is fun to watch. I see this story line as more good vs evil which is always intriguing. Which… Read more »

I just started watching Evil….a friend told me about it….now I’m totally hooked on it….plzzzz renew!!
These people need to stop cancelling really good shows like Evil. This is the reason why Netflix is booming. We’re giving us on these networks! DONT CANCEL THIS SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want this tv show to succeed because it has me gripping to the build up of what each character is facing and how they come together. We all want to know if Evil will win over Good or the opposite. The story line for each episode has us thinking and guessing what will happen next. This is the great dynamics to capturing the audience, as well holding our attention to say ….. “I want to see the next episode now, I want to know what happens next!”
Keep showing the love everyone
