God Friended Me was recently cancelled by CBS, and now the cast is reacting to the move by the network. Brandon Michael Hall, Violett Beane and others on the cast spoke about the series ending on social media.
Per TV Line, Hall revealed the following about the cancellation of God Friended Me:
“There’s something to be said for an artist to be able to wake up every single day and work with a group of people who you can honestly call your family. The hardest thing is knowing I’m not going to be able to… work with them [every day].”

I can’t believe this wonderful show was cancelled! It was wholesome entertainment with feel good endings that my family and I looked forward to every week. I loved the entire cast. What a disappointment !!!
I love this show so much!! I cannot believe it is being cancelled. There is such a huge shortage of shows that are clean and actually promote helping others the way this show does. The characters are so great! Please reconsider!!!

My husband and I would not miss a show. The highest standard in script writing, story, acting. Everyone did their utmost and it showed. CBS please rethink this. We are heartbroken. Such a great piece of work. CBS this show is needed.

I agree with all the other comments. Why would you cancel the only wholesome family show? I loved this show! If CBS puts on another stupid, unreal reality show or more violence and blood and guts, I will never watch CBS again. Keep God Friended Me!
Wow, just when it was getting good, you take GOD away! Sunday night at 8 PM was a perfect time slot. I’ve been waiting to see if Miles will get the girl but now I guess I’ll never know! Thanks ABC!
The show had alot of potential.im a breast cancer serviver twice. Ally was showing women you can deal with it not necessarily a death sentence.to bad it’s cancelled.wish something could change that.watched it every week.
If more people thought it was on abc like you , maybe that’s why it got cancelled.
God friended me is my favorite show . This show was so inspiring and leaves you with a feel good feelings and happy tears in every single show. I love the talented cast, and brilliant script . This is show is also a thriller, made me can’t wait to see next for show.

My favorite show!!!!!!! With all the heartache and division we are living with, it is soo wonderful to watch God Friended Me on Sunday evenings and actually go to sleep knowing things will get better!!!! Best cast ever.
I am extremely upset by this cancellation. Why would they cancel a show like this during a time like this. People need something inspiring at this time. That was a horrible decision to make. Honestly, whoever made the decision was not thinking of the viewers, apparently only their pockets!!

It-s a shame when equality family show gets axed when there is so much other junk shows continuing on. Great cast and story lines. True mistake again!!
