We’ve received a few emails from readers asking if Harry’s Law has been cancelled. After all, the last original episode of the Kathy Bates series aired on January 18th.
The legal drama has certainly been struggling in the ratings and is one of the lowest-rated shows on the network this season. But, while it’s hard to imagine that Harry’s Law will be renewed for a third season, the series hasn’t been cancelled just yet. It does have a lot of viewers, just not in the desired demographic unfortunately.
Harry’s Law is on hiatus and won’t return until March 11th, once the February sweeps period has finished. NBC ordered 22 episodes for the current season so there are 10 installments left to air.
Since it’s likely that the show won’t be back, hopefully the cast and crew won’t leave viewers with a cliffhanger in the last episode.
What do you think? Are you still watching Harry’s Law? Do you miss it when it’s not on?

Please keep Harry’s Law, I love the show. It is so much better than all the reality shows that air today. I don’t know where the ratings come from, but they are wrong.
I love the show. I wish NBC would quit moving it’s time slot all over the place. If it were not for DVR I probably would have missed it several times. They are doing the same thing to another favorite of mine, “The Firm”.
I watch it religiously and I miss it terribly when it’s not on. It’s SUCH a refreshing change from the violent, bloody crime dramas (the Law & Orders, CSIs, NCIS) and the goofy families (The Middle, Modern Family, Last Man Standing, etc., etc.). Please don’t cancel it.
I enjoy Harry’s Law. I hope it is not cancelled. Why not cancel survivor and all the rest of those so called reality shows. Who decides what is on ? They sure miss the mark representing my tastes
A more-than-decent show, a great show; is there really no hope for it being renewed? what can we do to help? And yes, I do miss it when it’s not on; if the network would stop jerking it around, maybe it’d develop an audience…
My wife and I are two retirees who have a difficult time finding(and keeping!!) TV which is thoughtful and interesting such as “Harry’s Law”.Too bad everyone “in charge” thinks the US needs”reality” shows.
This household loves Harry’s Law. Good entertainment and what you expect from Kathy Bates, good acting. We miss it!
It is one of my favorite shows and is really the only show on NBC worth watching. If NBC is stupid enough to dump it, I hope another network picks it up. The idea that it only appeals to “old” people is laughable. My husband and I are in the key demographics that advertisers want. We LOVE the show.
Harry’s Law is a wonderful show. I hope they don’t cancel it.
I wish the network would quit jerking Harry’s Law around and let viewers enjoy intelligent legal drama. To answer the question posed above, Yes, I miss it when it’s not on.
I love Harry’s Law!….sick to death of phony, cheaped, staged rality shows…..hope it is not cancelled
It figures – Here is a show which deals with relevant but unpopular social issues, requiring the actual use of brain cells, and it’s slated to be cancelled! Why am I surprised?
I missed the first season, I got hooked on the second one. ! Great show , I believe the plots are real life incidents. It brings a message with intelligent dissertation KEEP IT
I love harry’s law I hope its not cancelled !
Please keep Harry’s Law I love that show. I like the cases they work on, and the characters are well prtrayed by the actors. Joan
