The series finale of Haven aired on Syfy last night, and today the network released a video of the cast discussing the end of the show.
Haven was cancelled earlier this year and ran for a total of five seasons.
Based on Stephen King’s novel The Colorado Kid, Haven follow an FBI agent (Emily Rose) sent to a small Maine town to investigate a mysterious murder.
Speaking about the series finale, castmember Lucas Bryant said, “I think it’s a really beautiful ending.” He went on to mention how emotional ending the show was for both the cast and crew.
“It’s hard to say goodbye to things sometimes,” Eric Balfour (who plays Duke) commented. “I felt like it was time.”

What do you think? Are you a Haven fan? Did you enjoy the last episode? Did you think it was satisfying?
I will really miss this show. But it was time to end it. If they left the end with them not together I would have thought the ending sucked. But finding them meeting again at the end was great. Fans like happy endings. William Shatner as the father was a great idea. He can play a villain really well.
I’d like HAvEn, usualy like mysterys, fantstic, sci-fi, but if the movie or some show I would watched. Been that drama, even I get in a situacion,
that going to see a chick-flick(with a girl, affcourse)!O ye, haven have a
lots of things, like kind of magic, mistery, and th end is nicely done!!
Thanx movie~lovers!!!!
Great way to end the series. Tied up a lot of loose ends and came full circle by reuniting Paige and James with Nathan. We know she’ll eventually remember her time as Audrey, since Audrey is “the candy” now and will fight to come back to Nathan, as she always did. Going to miss the show, but I’m happy where they ended it.
Sorry to see Haven go. Loved the storyline of Audrey and Nate. I was so sad to see Duke die but then it was so wonderful to see his spirit return for the last episode. Glad to see Dwight having a happy ending. It would have been even better if Dave had also made a spiritual appearance, too. Regardless, all good things come to an end. Looking forward to the actors performing in something new.
I love Haven but live in France so I guess that it will be a while until I see all of this. I miss it already and don’t really understand why syfy cancelled it.
Loved this show, great characters, great ending. Good Job Syfy. I would have loved for it to continue on, but this ending gave a great closure. Wish Duke would have found happiness. Interesting how he checked out that tatoo on Nathan as he was dying; knowing that someone with that tatoo would be the one that would ultimately kill him. That was in an earlier season. Good they tied that in. So much going on in this finale.
I was thinking it was a little bit weird to see Captain Kirk, but the end was great!!!
I really enjoyed Haven, the story, the acting, the actors. I’m 72 years old and it kept me interested! Loved the ending – Croatoan turns into a loving father, Vince ends up with Croatoan, Nathan and Audrey with an alias end up together. I would have liked seeing Duke come alive again though and end up with someone who loved him……but I guess you can’t have everything.
Love the series finale of Haven! William Shatner was so good as Audrey’s father!
Yes I am i haven fan just like I’m sure there are a lot of Haven fan and I am one of the biggest fan
