TV show description:
Veterinarian Danny Clarke (D.W. Moffett) and his second wife, a divorce attorney named Jo (Stephanie Niznik), live in New York with their combined family.
Unfortunately, Danny’s children, teenage Katie (Leah Pipes) and 11-year-old Chase (K’sun Ray), and Jo’s kids, rebellious teenager Jesse (Andrew St. John) and 7-year-old Mia (Mary Matilyn Mouser), don’t get along and they’re all drifting apart.
To bring the family together, Danny and Jo move the clan to a broken-down lodge called The Blue Antelope on a game reserve deep inside South Africa. Danny’s deceased wife Claire grew up at The Blue Antelope when it was a thriving safari business, and the lodge is still home to her reclusive father Art (David Butler).
At their new home, the Clarkes meet reckless and handsome young Brit Oliver Banks (Calvin Goldspink); Oliver’s sultry twin sister Emily (Tiffany Mulheron); and aspiring veterinarian Tumelo (Atandwa Kani).
