Royal Pains has been a big ratings success for USA Network in the past. Now in its fourth season, will this TV series continue to be “just what the doctor ordered” for the cable channel?
The TV show revolves around a former ER doctor who’s moved to the Hamptons to become a “doctor for hire” and his younger accountant brother. Royal Pains features the talents of Mark Feuerstein, Paulo Costanzo, Jill Flint, Reshma Shetty, Brooke D’Orsay, and Campbell Scott.
Below are the most recent ratings for Royal Pains on USA. The TV show’s ratings are the best way to tell if it will be cancelled or renewed for a fifth season. The fourth season airs on Wednesday nights and there are 16 episodes.

What do you think? Do you still like the Royal Pains TV series? Are you hoping that it’s renewed for a fifth season?
I like Royal Pains very much and my favorite actor is the guy who plays Hank Larson.
I hope the show will be picked up for it’s 5th season.
Please renew this show!
I am also not one of the preferred 18-49 demographics, however my daughter, who is part of that demographic, introduced me to the show and I absolutely love it! As a healthcare professional, I very much enjoy the concierge medicine genre, along with the relationship between Evan and Paige, Divya, and Boris. I am very sorry to see the season end and I fervently hope that Boris is alive/returning and that USA Network will renew it for for a fifth season!! If it fantastic!!!
solid second rate series, saved to some extent by the views of mansions and the german character, the only interesting actor. but the opening sequence is visually and musically one of the worst ever. the music is totally irritating. the chicks are interesting, except for the one who was hospital admin. she was a woof. the brit-accented indian assistant is beautiful and witty. fortunately the camera focus more on the face than the broad hips. the cfo brother is funny. but the doctor is not really an engaging actor. should have got somebody good looking
Gee, why don’t you say what you really feel? A little harsh, aren’t you? Obviously, you’ve been watching, to have such strong feelings. So, what has kept you tuned in?
A fabulous show! Characters are great and love the new doctor, Jeremiah. Great addition to the cast! It jusrt has to be renewed!
Absolutely renew, but I feel as though since I don’t hit any of the key viewers, it doesn’t matter what I think. How sad it that?
I’m with you, Carole. I’m 70 yrs. old…definitely nowhere close to the ‘chosen’
18-49 demographic. But, I still buy the sponsors’ products and I watch ALL of the USA Network’s shows. Royal Pains, White Collar, Covert Affairs, Burn Notice and Suits are some of the BEST shows on tv. They surely are great competition for the major networks, who, by the way, don’t have such great ratings themselves.
