The Conners is nearing a renewal for a fourth season. ABC has closed deals with the four main stars of the series — Sara Gilbert, John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, and Lecy Goranson. They have been given contracts for a 20 episode fourth season. This clears the way for the alphabet network to officially renew the comedy which moved to Wednesday nights for its third season.
Per Deadline, the cast of the series signs contracts year to year because the sitcom is a spin-off from Roseanne. The cast has been receiving bumps in pay per episode each season. The report speculated that the main cast is nearing the $400,000 per episode mark.
As for The Conners, the series is the most-watched comedy on the network. Ratings show that an average of 3.7 million tune in to watch the series each week per the traditional overnight ratings. It also gets a healthy bump in delayed viewing.

ITs not the Conners without Roseanne enough of this ridiculous and insane cancel culture. If you have a problem with her dont watch it.. but if you brought her back Id bet that the ratings would go up!
The cast need to spend more effort on line delivery. I feel like they. Table read it and taped it all on one try. Also they need more jokes. And better delivery on those as well. Esp sara and lacey. Besides that the story lines are kinda lame. But i watch because i love the show family. Worst choice firing roseanne though. She made the show good and it’s suffering without her majorly
funniest episode of Roseanne ever was when Jackie & her were in the bathroom & jackie was in the shower… she sure was a lot funnier with Roseanne 🙂 although Connors is okay too.
There’s no show without Roseanne. I wouldn’t waste time watching the Conners. Can’t believe it’s still on!

This show has become very depressing. They are not making it worth the while to watch. One sad story after another without humor.
Rosanne made the show. She deserves a second chance.we all deserve second chances. Please ask her to come back
Since ABC cancelled “Roseanne” when there were 27 million viewers weekly, there is no way ABC cares about what their viewers like or don’t like. The Connors should have been cancelled years ago– but ABC will keep it going long after the world ends– just to prove their point. That’s why I blocked ABC from all of my tv’s the day after they cancelled Roseanne Barr’s show. Never watched the Connors– or anything else on ABC– since then. ABC still doesn’t care that they stole the laughter from 27 million viewers every week…
Roseanne never had 27 million viewers. They started at 18 million and then went to 10 million. The conners have 3 million viewers but it’s still one of the most watched on their network. ABC cares about the 3 million people that still watch their show. I love how the Roseanne lovers still get upset every time the conners is renewed. Hopefully it keeps going so that it reaches the 100 episode mark.

My family used to love watching Roseanne and once she was pushed off the show we decided it wasn’t worth anything to watch the runoff of her show! Nothing against the actors but felt it was just wrong to do the show without her!! Can’t and won’t be watching as we have not watched it from the beginning

But 3 million people will be watching the 4th season and that’s all that matters!

Honestly I watched the first couple seasons of The Conners but after Johnny Galecki stopped appearing on it I stopped watching it. Johnny is my Favorite and I Loved watching him and Michael Fishman and The late Glenn Quinn on Roseanne but since Johnny hasn’t been on The Conners and Glenn passed away and Michael isn’t on it as much it’s not worth watching. But if Johnny comes back on it I will watch it again.
What happened to Dj why is he not part of the new season
