What do you think of Laszlo Kreizler’s methods in the first season of The Alienist TV show on TNT? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like the TV show The Alienist is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you the chance to rate all of The Alienist season one episodes here.
A TNT mystery series, The Alienist stars Daniel Brühl, Luke Evans, Dakota Fanning, Brian Geraghty, Douglas Smith, Matthew Shear, Matt Lintz, Robert Ray Wisdom, and Q’orianka Kilcher. Set in 1896 in New York City, the Gilded Age drama centers on Laszlo Kreizler (Brühl), an alienist, i.e. a criminal psychologist. When a ritualistic serial killer starts targeting boy prostitutes, Police Commissioner Teddy Roosevelt (Geraghty) drafts Kreizler to head up his secret investigation into the murders.

*5/21/20 update: TNT has changed the title of the sequel series to The Alienist: The Angel of Darkness and is treating it like a second season.
PLEASE do not cancel! I am currently watching all the reruns, can’t wait for MORE SEASONS! The cast is exceptional, there are so many story lines to follow… don’t trash a really good, intriguing show…

This was one of the BEST TV SHOW for viewers of mind challenging murder mysteries. I am Having Alienist “withdrawal symptoms”. I would welcome Season 2 , 3, and 4.Please encourage TNT to reunite the cast with new murder mysteries. Loved DR. Kreitzler.
I really love this show. Please don’t cancel this show. Every episode kept me in suspense and I couldn’t wait for next week.
The show was brilliant and I absolutely loved it. If the show was cancelled I would be heartbroken. TNT there so much more story to tell and the season 1 viewers will stay loyal!

Loved the series. Something of a historical, psychological thriller. Great to see the evolution of modern crime solving come to life. Great to see a strong female character breaking stereotypes during that time period.
I anxiously watched and waited for each episode. I enjoyed this show almost as much as NCIS which I have seen every episode since it started. Please renew The Alienist for season 2.
I wish Brian geraty did not leave the show. I loved him playing Roosevelt. Do not know how Sean Astin can compare 2 him. But I guess I have 2 watch season 2 alienist 2 see. Frankly this show is great even though it can be graphic. I would give it a 10. Cause I luv all characters. The original 1nes. Hope season 2 comes out on tv on tnt.
I have completely loved watching The Alienust. I hope it is renewed for another season. The end of each episode has left me wanting the next immediately. This is a series that can have many mysteries to solve. Each season could have a major mystery to solve. Please don’t cancel.
