What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the ABC television network, Grey’s Anatomy stars Ellen Pompeo, Chandra Wilson, James Pickens Jr., Kevin McKidd, Kim Raver, Jesse Williams, Camilla Luddington, Caterina Scorsone, Kelly McCreary, Giacomo Gianniotti, Chris Carmack, Jake Borelli, Greg Germann, Richard Flood, and Anthony Hill. The long-running series revolves around the personal and professional lives of the surgical residents, fellows, and attendings in the surgical wing of the fictional Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital in Seattle, Washington. They seek comfort from one another, and, at times, more than just friendship. Together they discover that neither medicine nor relationships can be defined in black and white.
Season 17 Ratings

Will ABC cancel or renew Grey’s Anatomy for season 18? There’s been talk of this show possibly ending this year but I have a hard time believing that the network will let its highest-rated drama series go. I’m sure it will be renewed. I would really like to see Grey’s Anatomy renewed and a season 18. With that said, I also understand the direction of this season (they are preparing for a season finale OR a series finale). It would be terrible to not bring previous characters back, IF it is a season finale. I DO believe that IF this is a series finale, we will see Meredith die. Which, in my opinion, is/would be somewhat bittersweet (a tragedy that her kids would lose their mom and dad but, sweet that she would finally get to be with Derek again). IF it is… Read more »
i don’t think would be ok that finale ends with Meredith dyeing..i hope she’s alive, with her kids, and with a new lover (maybe Mc Widow 😉 ) and have a good life, she deserve it

Please renew this series, I have watched from the very first episode, bought the DVDs and still continue to watch and rewatch every episode, working through season 17 has been heartbreaking but I would never miss it so please continue the stories and let us be part of this historic show and renew for seasons 18,19………onwards!

Please bring Season 18 on. My husband and I have NEVER missed an episode in 17 years. I feel it will take at least one more season to tie it all up for the truly dedicated fans like us. It definitely should not be canceled. It is only one of three non streaming series that I watch. I have watched it from day one.
Grey’s Anatomy should NOT be cancelled…if Ellen Pompeo wants to leave that ok BUT the other cast are great and we love to know what happen to them in the show…I just don’t watch for Ellen i like the others and what happen to them.
Grey’s is one of the very few shows I never want to miss! It would be sooooooooooo disappointing to have it end 🙁
RENEW!!! Don’t leave us hanging now! At least bring it to a logical conclusion, not just left out in space. We’ve lived with this storyline for too long not to see it through .

More seasons please
The show has gone on this long, why not keep it going? So many fans love this show even with it paired with Station 19. Knowing that this could be the end, saddens me. Hope y’all renew the show for more seasons.
This show has outlasted its time. Too many actors are not likeable and the plot is too convoluted. Pairing it with Station 19 only makes it worse. Cancel now.
