Is Hawaii Five-0 ending? During a recent episode of the Today show, castmember Jimmy Buffet said season seven would be the last for the CBS series, TVLine reports.
Buffet plays helicopter pilot Frank Bama on the police procedural, which also stars Alex O’Loughlin, Scott Caan, Daniel Dae Kim, Grace Park, Masi Oka, Jorge Garcia, and Chi McBride.
Fortunately, for fans, showrunner Peter M. Lenkov corrected Buffet on Twitter, saying the series is far from over:
Hey @jimmybuffett – whoever gave you that info is wrong. Bama is alive and well… For many many MORE seasons. Good luck on the tour.

Lenkov later told TVLine the mistake was maybe due to too many margaritas:
I don’t know where that came from. It was early in the morning and I think they were giving him margaritas or something! We’re playing it as if we’re coming back, as if we have another season at least.”
Season seven of Hawaii Five-0 premieres on September 23rd.
What do you think? Are you a fan of Hawaii Five-0? How many more seasons do you think the show should last?
I think that Hawaii Five O should last as long as the cast and producers want to do the show, but I want to see alex O loughlin continue to play the handsome and sexy Steve Mcgarrett as only as he can. His sexy face is all I want to see. I don’t want him with kathryn although they did play good together.

I hope this is the final season because the show is starting to get old after season 5 and I hope they’ll wrap up all loose ends hanging this season so the show will have a satisfying ending.
Will season 7 be it? If the show continues to finish above a 1.0 episode average, there’s no reason to think why it won’t come back again. it does well overseas and CBS has different expectations for this show than a lot of other shows.
