ABC has pulled Selfie from the schedule — for at least the next two weeks. On November 18th, the cancelled sitcom will be replaced by a rerun of Shark Tank. On November 25th, the Tuesdays at 8pm timeslot will be filled by a Dancing with the Stars recap special.
The network cancelled Selfie last month but 13 episodes have been produced. Only seven have aired thus far and it’s unknown when or if ABC will get around to airing the remaining six.
Here are the details of next Tuesday’s program change:

THE SHARKS DIVIDE ALONG GENDER LINES WHEN BATTLING OVER ENTREPRENEURS
“Episode 519” – It begins as a typical fast-paced episode of America’s favorite Friday night viewing, but by the end of the hour, it’s a take-no-prisoners battle of the men versus the women – who will prevail with a deal? Barbara Corcoran and Lori Greiner team up to battle it out against Robert Herjavec, Mark Cuban and Kevin O’Leary over a particularly enticing product. An entrepreneur from Louisville, KY has whimsical plush slippers he claims feels like pillows on your feet; inventors from Sacramento, CA show off their dynamic signage for business owners who don’t want to hire human sign holders; two women from Macon, GA have created trousers and leggings that give instant, built-in uplift to one’s derriere; a Dallas-based foodie wants to make his mark with his boldly-flavored line of nuts for snacking, and an update on CordaRoys, a line of beanbag furniture that has skyrocketed in sales since Lori Greiner invested last season, on “Shark Tank,” TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. (Rebroadcast. OAD: 4/10/14)
The Sharks in this episode of “Shark Tank” are Mark Cuban, Lori Greiner, Barbara Corcoran, Robert Herjavec and Kevin O’Leary.
“Shark Tank” is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format with stereo sound. This program carries a TV-PG parental guideline.

What do you think? Do you like the Selfie sitcom? Are you hoping that ABC airs the remaining episodes?
I really liked Selfie. Oh the hell makes these decisions. At least give a chance to catch on.
OMG!! first Manhattan Love Story and now Selfie really??
What’s the point of putting the show on
the air if they are going to cancel after a couple of shows?
At least let them finish of the season and have some satisfied
viewers and fans of the cancelled show.
DAMN I actually enjoyed watching this show…..whoever decides what gets cancelled must of been drunk this day because adored this show
Selfie is good show and it deserves a chance. ABC should try another time slot. If they have more episodes shot, they should show them. Not replace them with garbage reality tv. If they show the episodes they paid to produce, it might still catch on.
This is such BS… what did they do, draw names from a hat to see which show to cancel? You would think they would be smart enough to evaluate shows before they cancel… What we all need is a network that actually listens to their viewers, I mean it wouldnt be that hard to run a simple poll and ask what WE THE VIEWERS want…just sayin
Disappointed to learn that Selfie was cancelled… My husband and I both watched it and enjoyed this clever, and well-written show. We would love to see ABC air the remaining episodes.
REALLY…! I have really been enjoying this show… I really hope that they decide to air the rest of the episodes…! This is a true TRAVESTY…! Though comedy it was teaching many real life lessons…! Also… REALLY WANTED TO SEE HENRY AND ELIZA GET TOGETHER…!
Bring Selfie back!! Its awesome one of my new favorite show and my fiancee’s as well and we dont even normally watch T.V never mind watching a certain ( Selfie ) a show every week. Please air the rest . I was so hoping henry and eliza would get together!!!
Today, November 18, I was looking forward to watching “Selfies.” This program was very funny. I checked the TV listings and could not find it. I found out it was cancelled. The character of Eliza was so funny. She made the show. This program was the modern version of ” My Fair Lady.” The network did not give this program a chance. I am not happy with ABC.
I’m with you Jane! I don’t even think they figured out that it was a version of “My Fair Lady”. Truly was looking forward viewing the entire season but now ABC won’t even let us see the remaining episodes.
I’m really irked they canceled Selfie! Why do you guys bother to have new shows if you never give them time to catch on? This show was hilariously funny and definitely a fresh concept. I’m sad to see it cancelled.
So disappointed that another well written show with real actors gets cancelled. And to not even show the remaining episode makes no sense to me? Why put on a ridiculous rerun than let us see the episodes already finished?
It’s sad that such a witty show get’s pulled before it has time to catch on. There are way too many shows that are poorly written, acted and the comedy just isn’t funny… Oh well, time to turn off the TV I guess.
This was a wonderful show, that I looked forward to watching every week, and could see true potential in the momentum the show was picking up (story line I mean). The chemistry was there to be a legendary show, ranking up there with Friends or Seinfeld. Sadly, the network execs seem to think that, with so many more networks bidding for viewers, they should apparently base good or bad ratings on 1980’s ratings levels. This is getting to be the trend, give us a show that is funny and amazing, then take it away, but let us see the last… Read more »
Yup another good show. A compulsive young lady learning to be more caring of others. That is such a bad premise to teach. My family enjoyed this one as well! Great characters! Give it time.
ABC Family seems to have ample room, maybe they will pick it up. Or Netflix, because there is apparently no hope for the truly decent programs on tv anymore.
Sheesh ABC! Their first mistake was cancelling the show before it had a chance, and their second was not bothering to air the remaining episodes.
Clearly they undervalue Karen Gillian’s talent – she’s better off without a network that prefers garbage!
