What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the ABC television network, The Chase TV series is hosted by Sara Haines. The game show is a fast-paced competition where three competitors must pit their wits and face off against the Chaser, a ruthless quiz genius who is determined to stop them from winning cash prizes. Each episode, contestants are challenged to think faster than they ever thought possible, to answer up to 166 questions across all topics. Trivia masters James Holzhauer, Ken Jennings, and Brad Rutter take turns serving as the Chaser.

Telly’s Take
Will ABC cancel or renew The Chase for season two? The show seems relatively inexpensive to produce and the title has some cache with viewers so, I’m leaning toward a renewal. That being said, the network has a lot of game shows right now. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them get cut once the pandemic subsides. I’ll update this page with breaking developments. We feel it’s time for Bradley to move to something new before he is too old to front a terribly uneven quiz show like the chase. One charity episode the lone contestant tried to win $15000. The chaser gave a deliberately wrong answer so he would have to go for it. The charities go nothing.
Brooke Burns is a charismatic emcee and adds considerably to the pleasure of watching THE CHASE. ABC’s version has added substantial amounts of money to the game: initially $25k per point, then reduced to $10k. Each of the chasers have their own appeal, a mixture of charm and arrogance. But the show needs Brooke to complete the balance. Her acting skills on Hallmark Murder Mysteries supports her as host and should never have been replaced. It’s like taking Audrey Hepburn out in exchange for Mary Poppins

I love this show. The beasty is so intelligent and cocky at the same time. Nothing more sexy than a intelligent man. You go Beasty
Great show. However the platform is biased in favor of the contestants who get: (a) 1 to 3 points ahead of the Beast or Chaser. and (b) the opportunity to push back taking all the time to answer.
Sometimes, I find the questions given to the contestants to cash the money in the bank too easy.
I like Brook Burn, bring her back and the show will gain more viewers like my wife.

How come they give the right answer to the question before the chaser gives there answer? How fair is that?
I like the show although I don’t care for ken Jennings but Sara Haines??? Find Brooke Burns. Sara can’t hold a candle to Brooke.
I like to watch The Chase, but I do not think you are fair to the contestants. In the last part of the game, the host gives the questions to the contestants really slow, but when the Chaser gets the questions they speed up giving them out. I know that some of them cannot go really fast, but some can go faster.
I like The Chase very much. The original version of the show was even better. I just hope it won’t be cancelled. It’s one of the best game shows.
I loved the original The Chase much better, however I watch the new one. Wish ABC had brought Brooke and The Beast back then it would be perfect. I only like Ken and the new host talks so slow compared to Brooke. Needless to say, I still watch The Chase on GSN.
