What’s This TV Show About?
An NBC psychic police procedural, The InBetween stars Harriet Dyer, Paul Blackthorne, Justin Cornwell, Anne-Marie Johnson, Cindy Luna, Chad James Buchanan, Andres Joseph, Michael B. Silver, and Sean Bulger. The paranormal drama centers on Cassie Bedford (Dyer), who is gifted with abilities she often considers a curse. Cassie has unbidden visions of events past and future and is also approached by spirits who need her help in some way. She gets drawn into the cases her foster father, Seattle Police detective Tom Hackett (Blackthorne), works with his new partner, former FBI profiler and LAPD detective Damien Asante (Cornwell).

Will NBC cancel or renew The InBetween for season two? The ratings have been quite low but they have been consistent. I suspect this summer series will be cancelled but NBC could keep it because it’s a summer series and they have lower expectations. I’ll update this page with breaking developments. I really hope they renew The In Between for a second season. I really enjoyed this show. The special effects were amazing . The cast was very good. Really hope it is not cancelled.

I sincerely hope that you renew this excellent show. It is well acted, the story lines are well developed and it was truly one if the shows that I looked forward to each week! We’ve had enough of the reality TV crap!!
The network may not be admitting it but very sadly The InBetween is cancelled. It’s filmed here in Vancouver and I received an email today announcing the liquidation auction of all the props, sets and wardrobe for The InBetween.

I agree with Teresa Lovan. I too am retired, in my 60’s and tired of good shows like The In Between going down the drain!! I’m sick of brainless television, so called ‘reality’ shows (whose reality is that???), married at first sight garbage (seriously? Who can be that desperate or stupid?). Get a hint and do something right for a change. Bring back The In Between!!
Please renew the InBetween…..my husband and I are in our 60s……everyone keeps canceling our favorite shows because for some ridiculous reason you people seem to think people older than your 18 to 49 group doesn’t watch TV. What is it you think we do….I seriously want to know……WE WATCH TV…..and not this stupid drop your IQ stuff that your 18 to 49 age group likes…..WE ALSO BUY STUFF THAT’S ADVERTISED ON TV…please please please stop cancelling our programs….please renew the INBETWEEN…
