The Power franchise may soon leave Starz. Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is behind the successful franchise, and the actor/rapper/producer posted about his unhappiness with the cable channel after the Hightown series was renewed while the fate of Power Book IV: Force remains up in the air.
Per THR, Jackson said the following about his feelings about the network in a post on social media:
“This is me packing my stuff, Starz. Sucks, my deal is up over here I’m out. They renewed Hightown and Force is the highest rated show they have sitting in limbo. If I told you how much dumb s**t I deal with over here.”
Jackson’s four-year deal with Starz is up in September, and the cable channel said that it is working on a new deal with Jackson because they want “him to remain with the company for years to come.” THR notes that Jackson has received calls from several other outlets interested in making deals with him.
Power Book IV: Force is currently airing on Starz on Sunday nights and the drama is one of the channel’s highest-rated shows. The season finale airs on March 27th.

Me and my family subscribe to stars when power first came out so we will definitely cancel STARZ and go elsewhere with 50 Cent so Hell yes I’d watch on another channel this is my favorite show ever love all the franchise shows

I totally love Power Book and Ghost, look at it every day on Starz wherever I can find on Starz . If it is cancelled I will change to where ever it’s picked up. Please keep it …..
If Curtis pull out I will cancel Stars completely. You can take Outlander to the trash an a few more dumb programs.
I feel that the Power Universe Franchise should all be renewed. Last year we got Starz so my family and I could start watching all the series and we’re hooked. 50 Cents is a Genious. Looking forward to seeing Power Book V.

I only have Starz for Curtis Jackson shows. Starz….you making a mistake. He is going to make an example of you and drive his stock way up if he goes to some struggling network and saves them.

I don’t have Starz. I haven’t seen the show yet. I used to be able to buy episodes of Power on YouTube. Why can’t I buy Power: Force? Anyway, I’m going to wait for it to become available some other way. I’m not subscribing to Starz just to watch it. That’s too many platforms to be paying for.

I will watch ( POWER FRANCHISE ) ON ANY NETWORK IS SHOWING IT . NOW STARZ , WAKE UP , YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE ALOT OF MONEY IF YOU DON’T MAKE A DEAL WITH 50 CENT .
I will stop my subscription with Starz if Force is not renewed. The only reason why I have Starz is because of the Power franchise.
