Last night, on the season finale of The Bachelor, it was announced that The Bachelorette will return for an 11th season on ABC.
Host Chris Harrison announced that both Kaitlyn Bristowe and Britt Nilsson will appear on the upcoming premiere of The Bachelorette. The 25 men will decide which of the single women will stay on as the star of the show. The twist is an attempt to boost the show’s ratings following series low numbers last spring.
The new season kicks off with a two-night special on Monday, May 18th at 9pm and Tuesday, May 19th at 8pm.
What do you think? Do you plan to watch the new season of The Bachelorette?
I’ve never watched a minute of this trash (bachelor/ette) and never plan to. Those who waste their life on this drool have lost a part of their life they will never get back. Put some intellectual/engaging shows worthy of viewing back on.
that is just great, they renew all shows like this and cancel some of my favorites and they are good and funny shows.no i dont watch and dont plan on it.
I agree….I’m so tired of seeing last seasons “rejects” on as the new bachelor or Bacchelorette because I feel like that’s why most of them sign up for the show to begin with. They figure if they get close enough to the end & don’t win that they could get the chance to be the next “star” of the next show. How do they expect to really get 25 people that truly (like Whitney) are there to find love and for it to really last. Let’s get back to the “Trista” days….when no one knew her and people signed up… Read more »
Im with you! I would like to see them find some older people, not 60, 70, but I would like to see a womoan in her early 40’s come on there and a bachelor of late 40, early 50’s just once. I know they are out there and they have had enough life experiences that that aren’t blinded by the fantasy and truly want to meet a nice and good person right for them and can have a healthy outlook on marriage and life with another person. So many of the girls this season were really really immature. And cmon..all… Read more »
I have to put my 2 cents in. How this show is on for so many years puzzles me. It’s not even real. It’s all staged, in my opinion, women fighting over one man or men fighting over one women. It just doesn’t happen. At least not in the real world.
I don’t understand why they are doing this. Viewers post everywhere how they want someone new that none of us know or have seen and they continue to get people from past shows. I think the showrunners should listen for once. I am sure both these ladies are very nice, even though on the show they did not win me over at all. But to have them both on just seems over the top and for rathings. I reallly think it is time for both of these shows to think about ending their run. It will not surprise me one… Read more »
