The Center for Puppetry Arts in Atlanta, now houses the largest collection of Jim Henson‘s Muppets, from The Muppet Show, The Muppets, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock, the various Muppet movies, and more. CNN visited the center and interviewed Henson’s daughter Cheryl Henson, President of the Jim Henson Foundation. Watch the report, below.
The piece also includes an interview with Bonnie Erickson, who created the fantabulous Miss Piggy, originally voiced by Frank Oz, and later, Eric Jacobson. Erickson explains why she decked the swine in pearls, instead of casting them before her.

We liked the show. It’s not rubbish just not blood, guts, women degrading themselves, men looking for the perfect mate or trash.
Given that the new Muppets show is rubbish, wouldn’t a trash bin be a more appropriate home? I’m sure Oscar wouldn’t mind…
