What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the AMC cable channel, The Walking Dead stars Norman Reedus, Melissa McBride, Lauren Cohan, Christian Serratos, Josh McDermitt, Seth Gilliam, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Cooper Andrews, Callan McAuliffe, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Eleanor Matsuura, Nadia Hilker, Cailey Fleming, Cassady McClincy, Lauren Ridloff, Paola Lázaro, and Michael James Shaw. The show focuses on survivors of a zombie apocalypse as they try to stay alive under near-constant threat of attacks from “walkers”. With the collapse of their civilization, the survivors must confront other human survivors who have formed groups and communities with their own sets of laws and morals. As the 11th season begins, the group returns to Alexandria from a critical food mission but realizes it isn’t enough, so Maggie proposes a new plan. Meanwhile, those captured by the strange soldiers are relocated to another undisclosed location.
Season 11 Ratings
The 11th season of The Walking Dead averaged a 0.42 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.69 million viewers. Compared to season 10, that’s down by 58% in the demo and down by 44% in viewership in the live+same day ratings (including DVR playback through 3:00 AM). While these numbers don’t include further delayed or streaming viewing, they are a very good indicator of how a show is performing, especially when compared to others on the same channel. There can be other economic factors involved in a show’s fate, but typically the higher-rated series are renewed and the lower-rated ones are cancelled. They need to get back to the basics, but not end the show. And they need Rick back or someone like him, who will keep the group together. Also killing off Glen was a big mistake because Rick, Glen, Daryl, Maggie, Carol, Negan make the show and are why viewers tune in. Supporting actors like Abraham, Aaron, Eugene, Ezekiel, Gabriel, Dwight, Morgan, Lori, Dale, Shane, Hershel, Michonne, and especially Judith, RJ, Hershel, Carl also help viewers to tune in. I think there should be a season 12. As season 11 end in a sad way. i think the character reunited.
Yes I wish it had renewed. With Daryl, Carol, Maggie, Eugene, Negan, Rosita, Jerry, Judith, Little Herschel and little Rick, Michonne, Rick, Diane, Ezekiel, Father Gabriel and some new characters .
I am so sadden about Walking Dead ending. There r too many fans to not renew the show. I’m outraged. Why end a good thing? I want more.

The walking dead is still one of the best shows on TV right now. AMC needs to renew! Plus we still need to get Rick and Michonne back!

Watched this series from the beginning enjoyed every minute. Other series have tried to replicate The Walking Dead but none of them can hold a candle to it. I will be sorely disappointed if there is no ending and series 12 is cancelled
mmmmmmmm ???!!!! That not the end story of the walking dead but they lot more to come. If you put THE END of the walking dead it will be spoil OK I can see the hold story line up what there put in.
Can’t leave ending as season 11 ends! The group should be together either good or bad. I hate the fact that the series is coming to the end, the spin offs are not as near as good.
I fall asleep during the spin-offs, they aren’t engaging at all.

As much as I loved this show since the beginning, I’m a bit glad that this show is coming to an end and I truly hope that the new season will be worth watching and I hope that it end decently! The twd movies are suppose to be in the making but it seems to be a drag for the first one to be released! Also I wish that they didn’t milk this show bone dry!
Should end already…but when is the Rick’s movie be released?? that is a must since his story continues.
I think it should be renewed 100%. I have watch the show since the beginning & I am a loyal fan. There are many fans out there so PLEASE don’t cancel this show, it is unique & amazing!!!!!
