What’s This TV Show About?
A The CW supernatural drama, Legacies is a sequel series to The Vampire Diaries and The Originals, starring Danielle Rose Russell, Jenny Boyd, Kaylee Bryant, Quincy Fouse, Aria Shahghasemi, Peyton Alex Smith, and Matt Davis. The horror fantasy centers on Hope Mikaelson (Russell), daughter of the Original, Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan). Hope is now a student at The Salvatore Boarding School for the Young and Gifted, along with other unusual students, including Lizzie (Boyd) and Josie (Bryant), the twin daughters of Alaric Saltzman (Davis). Although they’re still in school, they have to keep their abilities and true natures a secret, while they rely on age-old lore to help them learn how to fight their enemies.

Telly’s Take
Will The CW cancel or renew Legacies for season two? The ratings aren’t great but I think it will get a renewal, because it has somewhat of a built-in audience with fans of The Vampire Diaries and The Originals. The network has extended season one to 16 episodes which will give the series a bit more time to prove itself. I’ll keep an eye on the ratings and update this page with breaking developments. It’s crazy because I thought legacies was so boring till I read the description and realized the name Hope Mikaelson
Which is the tri-brid daughter from Klaus Mikaelson which I know him from The originals which was also a great show sadly it was cancelled but I hope legacies carry out. Thanks CW I really appreciate that❤️❤️❤️

Oh be yall got to finish the series dont leave us hanging I love all vampire diaries the originals and the legacies plz make more at least 8 seasions like yall did with vampire diaries plz plz plz we need them in our lives it helps us have a lil piece to escape from our real life bs and in our minds we’re like family to these characters and in the fantasy with them watching over them we thirst for more so please make more seasions
I’m relieved & delighted that Legacies will be back for Season 2. The series just keeps getting better & better.

I am in love with legacies if it gets canceled I will sit and ball my eyes out for days Hollywood already killed stefan salvator and klaus, haleigh do NOT cancel this show !!!!

I am So excited that Legacies has been renewed for season 2, Taking an older shows plotline and successfully manifesting the character roles cannot be easy, but I am more than pleased.

Legacies HAS TO BE RENWED !## The CW gave up on The Secret Circle this show of The Legacies is awesome either Netflix or the CW needs to keep it airing with more series. The LEGACIE has many years it could keep running with many of the cast becoming teachers or members of the community associated with the school. KEEP IT GOING…PLEASE.

I like the Legacies. I was a hardcore fan of TVD and The Originals. They were my all time favorite shows. I hope they keep it going, and I hope they bring Hope back.
I love the Legacies season 1. Please continue with season 2. This is my favorite show. I feel lost without it.
