What’s This TV Show About?
A psychological thriller and supernatural drama airing on the Showtime cable channel, the Let the Right One In TV show was inspired by the Swedish novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist and the film. It stars Demián Bichir, Anika Noni Rose, Madison Taylor Baez, Grace Gummer, Ian Foreman, Jacob Buster, Nick Stahl, and Kevin Carroll. The story revolves around Mark Kane (Bichir) and his daughter Eleanor (Baez). Their lives were changed forever when, 10 years ago, she was turned into a vampire. Locked in at age 12, perhaps forever, Eleanor lives a closed-in life and is able to go out only at night. Meanwhile, her father does his best to provide her with the human blood she needs to stay alive. Now, they’ve returned home to New York City after a decade away, desperate to find a cure.
Season One Ratings
Based on the numbers we have, the first season of Let the Right One In averaged approximately a 0.02 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 81,000 viewers in the live+same day ratings (including DVR playback through 3:00 AM). (The linear ratings are quite low, so there are some gaps in our reporting of them.) While these numbers don’t include further delayed or streaming viewing, they are a very good indicator of how a show is performing, especially when compared to others on the same channel. There can be other economic factors involved in a show’s fate, but typically the higher-rated series are renewed and the lower-rated ones are cancelled. Will Showtime cancel or renew Let the Right One In for season two? Vampire shows have had some great success on television over the years, but this one is far from typical. Showtime series typically draw low numbers (this one is no exception), and it’s no surprise that this one isn’t for everyone. I think there’s a good chance that Let the Right One In will be cancelled. I’ll update this page with breaking developments. This Series is the best Vampire series/movie I’ve seen in YEARS! Please PLEASE renew for (at least) a 2nd season
It’s needs to be renewed or go to Starz. Showtime simply isn’t notice like the other streaming services
Being a big Horror fan , And seeing the first two movies, When I stumbled apon this , I was hooked after the first episode, It is Beautifully made , I love the Cast,and the added story line , It couldn’t be more perfect , I really hope that it is renewed. It would be a shame to leave us hanging .So please Renew this show , for a second season

I will say this, if they cancel the show after such a cliffhanger of an ending, I will cancel my Showtime subscription immediately. They simply will lose my trust to not do this again in the future…
They did that to me once before with “I’m Dying Up Here”, I will not give them the 3rd chance…

This is my absolute favorite show on TV.
The Story Line, the Acting, The cinematography.
All of it is 10 out of 10
PLEASE have a season 2 !! People will catch on.
Don’t put it on the shelf.
The Director has brought a wonderful novel, and movie, into a carefully crafted beautiful story-telling experience.
And….. every minute more suspense and a new challenge that has to be solved!!!!!
Definitely continue with a Season 2 for Let The Right One In. This show has everything! The relationships between all the characters is heartbreaking but yet warming the heart. Please continue writing…..

Love love love vampire movies. Nobody ever makes them anymore. So yes please renew for a second season, YALL just need to show a little more biting with a little less mauling. Just trying to let y’all know what people look for in their vampire movies or series. I’ll be looking forward to a second season because y’all kinda left us hanging.
