Is wedded bliss in Shaun’s future in the fifth season of The Good Doctor TV show on ABC? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like The Good Doctor is cancelled or renewed for season six. An ABC medical drama series, The Good Doctor TV show stars Freddie Highmore, Hill Harper, Richard Schiff, Christina Chang, Fiona Gubelmann, Will Yun Lee, Bria Samoné Henderson, Noah Galvin, Osvaldo Benavides, and Paige Spara. The series revolves around Shaun Murphy (Highmore), a young autistic savant who’s a surgical resident at the fictional San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital. Alone in the world and unable to personally connect with those around him, Shaun uses his extraordinary medical gifts to save lives. He also challenges the skepticism of his colleagues like Dr. Marcus Andrews (Harper), Dr. Morgan Reznick (Gubelmann), Dr. Alex Park (Lee), Dr. Audrey Lim (Chang), Dr. Mateo Rendón Osma (Benavides), Dr. Jordan Allen (Henderson), Dr. Asher Wolke (Galvin), and Shaun’s mentor, Dr. Aaron Glassman (Schiff). Lea Dilallo (Spara) is Shaun’s fiancée and the head of the hospital’s IT department.

Both blonds on the show need to go, they have ruined a perfectly ok show. As has the main doctor guy, not Shaun, the black doctor, all he’s in it for is SEX… it’s a shame, it used to be really good, now it’s very predictable
I am addicted to this show when I went to watch it and was no more episodes I was livid sad hurt it always happens I get attached to a show like Wentworth the good doctor and more and they just stop and I’m like what the heck it’s not right to leave us hanging

This show really grows on you, really enjoy it.
This show is very well written, directed and acted. Autism is still so misunderstood, that we need this, showing how many with it are valuable to our society. It is a spectrum, so not all can function as well as Shaun. I worked for 35 yrs with clients who had ASD and they were at all beginnings or endings of this spectrum. It would be nice to show this and the struggles each have. I love Lea and her patience loving Shaun. The Good Dr. Is such an enjoyable show, love the story lines and Shawns character has come a long way it’s good to see that he’s with a a person now and it would be nice to see him to be a father too.
One of the best shows on at this time! Shaun should be given an award!
