It’s the end of the road for the young men of The Buried Life. MTV has cancelled the show after two seasons on the air, reports EW.
The TV series follows “four regular guys on a mission to complete a list of ‘100 Things To Do Before You Die’ and to help and encourage others to go after their own lists.” Episode highlights include the boys making a toast at a wedding, learning to krump, playing basketball with President Obama, tell a joke on late night television, help deliver a baby, and sneak into the Playboy Mansion.
Sources say that the quartet (Jonnie Penn, Duncan Penn, Ben Nemtin, and Dave Lingwood) and MTV may still work together to find a way to keep the show going on the web or on new projects.
What do you think? Will you miss The Buried Life Should it have been cancelled or renewed for a third season instead?

I just watched this show for the first time today. i dont watch a lot of tv but now i definantly will. it is the best show i have ever seen and so many people i have talked to agree. How i managed to go so long without hearing about this show still puzzles me. This show makes you look at life in a different way. The cast is perfect, the idea is perfect. It almost disgust me that the show was cancelled. Our world needs more people like these. i hope they continue with it in the future.

I thought there were maybe three or four things I wanted to do before I die, but after watching this show I actually had to write the things down and the list just keeps getting longer and longer and I get more and more determined to actually go out there and DO these things instead of just sitting around and wasting more time! The guys are such an inspiration, not just for going… Read more »

RENEW THE BURIED LIFE! As far as epic shows go, this one ranks among the most epic. You’ve got your TMNT, House, Glee, and then The Buried Life. It’s a new side to “the reality show.” It’s four very real guys doing very real things. Jonnie, Ben, Duncan, and Dave are my inspiration for starting my own bucket list, and for choosing to live epicly and without regrets. The show was honest and heart warming. Not to mention that all the things they’re going around doing for strangers are pretty amazing. These four deserve to be recognized for their good… Read more »
