From DIY Network:
New York [For Immediate Release – December 8, 2016] Professional contractor Mike Holmes will team up with his son, home renovation expert Mike Jr., to transform the twentysomething’s bachelor pad into a proper home in the new DIY Network series Holmes & Holmes. Premiering Tuesday, January 3, at 10 p.m.ET/PT, the six-episode series will follow the duo as they gut, renovate and expand the single-story 750-square foot bungalow into two-story home for Mike Jr. and his girlfriend Lisa. While Mike and Mike Jr. share a last name, a strong work ethic and a desire to help others, they don’t always agree – though they always vow to build it right.
“There are two things that matter most to me in life,” said Mike. “First is to build homes right and second is to take care of my family. When I can combine the two, it makes me a very happy guy.”
During the series, the Holmes team will face the challenges of any major home reno, from cracked foundations and water damage to budget shortfalls and time crunches. Each episode will focus on one stage of the renovation process and showcase the father/son journey as they tackle the project together using the latest construction materials and build techniques.
“I’ve been working with and learning from my dad for more than 10 years,” said Mike Jr. “We don’t always see eye to eye, so this renovation will be a learning experience for all of us.”

found this website with all the suppliers fro the show Holmes on holmes.
So am I Larry, how much easier it would be to use that system.
Louis I looked on that site and couldn’t find it under the fencing contractor that they used.
Do anyone have another link? I think I will find it harder as I live in Australia.
After much searching on the same question, I found Slip Fence. Whether it’s the exact system I’m not sure, but it’s close.
Love this show. I was crying when they got engaged. I loved to hear about the sacrifices and hard times growing up poor – I can relate. My dad worked 7 days a week too, and he taught me about working for what you want. Its so heart warming to see a father and son working together and the love and respect. Great show. Growing up without a lot of money is nothing to be ashamed of. It builds character and teaches you responsibility. Great show!
I watched every episode of this transition from a bungalow to a home and I could not have been more impressed. Mike Holmes Sr really knows his stuff and has done wonders with every home he has been asked to “repair”. Thank you Mike Holmes – you are really an awesome contractor.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!!
I am in love with your show…Please if you could tell me what size lumber did they use on the large wall…To make it look like wainscoating.

What decking tile was used?
Great show
I watch this show and loved it . I thought it was one of the best shows you did. I liked the part where you gave the table to the old man that gave you all the wood. Very emotional. Great story.
What was the name of the flooring you first laid in the basement to keep for molding and rotting .. it looked like a wafer board top with blocks underneath where air and water could flow without a problem! What did you call it and where can I get it?
What kind of roofing was used in renovation
Whatever happened to the tv shows where you helped people fix their homes that could not afford it? Isn”t that a big part of your show that audiiences love to view?
