What’s in store for the next season of Lucifer? Recently, co-showrunners Joe Henderson and Ildy Modrovich spoke with TVLine about season four of the Netflix TV show.
As reported earlier, Netflix has picked up the comedy-drama after FOX cancelled it. The cast includes Tom Ellis, Lauren German, DB Woodside, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Kevin Alejandro, Rachael Harris, Aimee Garcia, Tricia Helfer, Scarlett Estevez, and Tom Welling.
In the interview, Henderson and Modrovich confirmed Netflix has ordered 10 episodes for season four of Lucifer, not including the two bonus episodes intended for season four. And what can fans expect?
According to the co-showrunners, season four of Lucifer will contain the first part of the story arc originally planned for season four on FOX:
We were going to have two parts to it anyway, so we’ll just tell a really strong, gnarly first part.”

Then Nielsen ratings are an old system and needs to be replaced. We were a Nielsen family from 1998 to 2005 so we know what we are talking about. Looking forward to more Lucifer….

Lucifer was the only Fox show we watched. We will be getting Netflix for this alone. Now Fox can dance their way into the dark.

Most definitely a fan of Lucifer!! I will subscribe to Netflix IF they show the series in Canada, but that’s doubtful as there was no S1 S2 or S3 available. So disappointed that FOX cancelled it as watching on cable TV is my only option to date. I believe S4 is going to be exceptional!
Netflix will also make s.1,2,3 available, once s.4 starts….so “no worries” my friend.

At the moment, I cannot see Lucifer on Netflix either. Only on Hulu or when I buy the seasons on Amazon.

Well I guess I’ll have to subscribe to Netflix. Only reason I’d do this is for Lucifer. Fox really let us down on this one.
