A new BBC One thriller may soon be available for American audiences. Netflix is looking to partner with the UK network for the series. Deadline reported that Requiem is at the center of a detail between the two entities.

Requiem is being directed by Mahalia Belo, and it will contain six episodes. Deadline revealed the following about the BBC One series:

“The six-episode, hourlong series focuses on the story of a young woman who, in the wake of her mother’s death, sets out to learn the truth about herself, even to the point of unraveling her own identity. It’s a subtle tale of the supernatural that plays on uncertainty, mystery and ambiguity.”
