The Cleaning Lady has survived to see four seasons on the FOX network but the drama certainly hasn’t a big hit in the ratings. Can the series survive long enough for the storyline to reach a satisfying conclusion? Will The Cleaning Lady be cancelled or renewed for season five on FOX? Stay tuned.
A crime drama series, The Cleaning Lady TV show stars Elodie Yung, Martha Millan, Khalen Roman Sanchez, Faith Bryant, Kate Del Castillo, and Sean Lew. Yancey Arias, Daniel Bonjour, Danny Pardo, Brian Norris, Santiago Cabrera, and Alain Uy recur. In the story, Thony De La Rosa (Yung) is a whip-smart Cambodian doctor who comes to the U.S. for medical treatment to save her son, Luca (Sanchez), who’s been diagnosed with a life-threatening immunodeficiency disorder. When the system pushes her into hiding, Thony refuses to give up and becomes a cleaning lady for a powerful crime syndicate. She then becomes a mob doctor. Under the watchful eye of the hospital’s brusque yet handsome chief resident, Dr. Sean Dupont (Bonjour), Thony straddles the line between two worlds until they inevitably come crashing into each other.
Nielsen Ratings
The Nielsen ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s chances of staying on the air. The higher the ratings, the better the chances of survival. This chart is updated as new ratings data becomes available.
6/5 update: You can see the latest night’s ratings in context.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.
For comparisons: Season three of The Cleaning Lady on FOX averaged a 0.15 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
Note: These are the final national ratings, including all live+same day viewing and DVR playback (through 3:00 AM). While these numbers don’t include further delayed or streaming viewing, they are a very good indicator of how a show is performing, especially when compared to others on the same channel. There can be other economic factors involved in a show’s fate, but typically the higher-rated series are renewed and the lower-rated ones are cancelled.

The Cleaning Lady has been cancelled, so there will not be a fifth season. Stay tuned for further updates.
What do you think? Do you like The Cleaning Lady TV series on FOX? Were you hoping it would be renewed for a fifth season?

The show suffered a little when Adan passed but it has gotten back on track recently. I really hope it is renewed as it deserves to continue.
The loss of Adam derailed the show for awhile. About mid-season this year the show began to turn around and the last few episodes were very good. I hope the show returns for another year. If it is the last year it is to return it would be good to have a wrap up, or resolution if you will.
Please don’t cancel The Cleaning Lady it’s getting so good stop canceling good shows!!!!!!!!!
Ok Fox…I guess you’re gonna start canceling really good shows just like ABC and NBC. I will never understand why great series get cancelled only to start a crappy show no one will watch. The Cleaning Lady is great….you don’t know what’s going to happen and I love shows like that. Please don’t cancel this series
Love, love, love this show!!!! We can’t wait to watch it every week.
Season 4 not very good. Probably will be canceled. Miss Adam Canto.
This show is EXCELLENT. I look forward to watching it. The writing and story lines are A +. Thank you for keeping one of the BEST TV SHOWS on air.
This is my favorite show, please keep it going. I did like the chemistry between the 2 with Adam, and hoping it can be revived with Jorge
Yes I think it’s run its course and lost its steam enough that it’s time to cancel it. The show has gotten farther and farther away from her as a cleaning lady and has gone down hill since Adam passed away.
This season falls far short compared to seasons 1 and 2. Honestly, the show should have ended after season 3 when Adan passed away. With Nadia written off and Luca recast, it feels like the very essence of the show has been dismantled. Additionally, the sexual assault allegations against the executive producer have cast a shadow over the series, leaving it tainted.

I really enjoy The Cleaning Lady with its varied plot twists & turns. A great show with excellent acting. A+.
This show is so fake, how can one person tell a drug cartel what to do? She would have been knocked off right away. It started off ok, but now it is just ridiculous. It also is a slap to Latinos.
I like The Cleaning Lady, but the storylines are getting a bit farfetched. With Adam’s passing, they needed to revamp and the show wasn’t as good after that. Not sure it can be salvaged. I hope so.
It needs to pass away as well.
I think the Cleaning Lady is a good show – just misses slightly since Adan Canto passed away. Thony should from time to time show her missing of him as Arman.
Needs to go to bed.
