Aaron Sorkin is one of the most prolific and respected writers in television today.
Though his comedy Sports Night lasted just two seasons, it often appears on critics’ lists of one of the best sitcoms. Sorkin went on to create the highly successful West Wing and wrote almost every episode of the first four seasons. His next series, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, wasn’t a critical success and was cancelled after one season but still has a devoted following. If that wasn’t enough, Sorkin also wrote popular theatrical dramas like A Few Good Men and American President.
