SMILF has some new company. TVLine reports Samara Weaving and Ismael Cruz Cordova have joined the Showtime pilot.
From Frankie Shaw, the comedy follows “a single twentysomething mom in Boston who’s trying to balance work, motherhood, and a half-decent sex life.”
Cordova will play Rafi, a recovering addict who is also the lead’s baby daddy. Weaving will play Rafi’s new love interest, an aspiring sportscaster named Nelson Rose.
