Are there any sour notes in the first season of the Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist TV show on NBC? An NBC musical dramedy series, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist stars Jane Levy, Skylar Astin, Alex Newell, John Clarence Stewart, Peter Gallagher, and Mary Steenburgen with Lauren Graham as a special guest star. Zoey Clarke (Levy) is a whip-smart computer coder who’s making her way in San Francisco. After an unusual event, Zoey, who always preferred podcasts over pop songs, suddenly starts to hear the innermost wants, thoughts, and desires of the people around her – her family, co-workers and complete strangers – through popular songs.

Not since “Eli Stone” has there been a show like this. It is just what the doctor ordered for having to stay at home. Love everything about it…singing, dancing, plot twists, clever dialogue and the cute red head, Jane 🙂
I hope this show lasts – love it! I hope ratings reflect the number of us that DVR and On Demand the show. I wake up at 4:00 am for work and often am in bed early on Sundays so I don’t always watch when the show Airs – however., I NEVER miss the show.

I am in love with this show!!! If you cancel it NBC I swear I will have to stop watching NBC all together, it’s been a long time where I can’t wait till the next episode, last time this happened to me watching NBC was Friends, see that should say something. Please keep it going!!!
I couldn’t agree more!! If this show goes away, I’m boycotting HARD! Having chronic pain I don’t get many enjoyment moments but this show brought me laughter and tears and so much joy i haven’t felt in a LONG time from a show and I’m pretty stinkin irritated with Hollywood in general right now for being so stupid political. This was so beautifully written and you could feel the love in every character
This is probably one of our favorite series ever. Can’t wait to buy the first season. Please do not cancel. Give the show a chance!!!!!
I think Zoey’sExtraordinary Playlist is a fabulous program, & should definitely continue to another season. I am a hospital nurse & this show has been a wonderful escape from all the Covid 19 stress. The actors/dancers/singers are all extremely talented, the show is like going to a Broadway musical in your own home. It would be a shame to cancel it, we all need a bright light in this dismal time, & ZEPL provides that joyful, creative escape. This is one of the best shows ever! So creative, uplifting and funny – and eloquent dialogs. The music and acting is wonderful and the costumes and characters great!

Please keep it on. Innovative, funny, sad, joyous, lively. Wonderfully different from every other show. Musical numbers are extraordinary…cast is so talented, choreography is exceptional.

I absolutely love this show!!!! Brilliant, entertaining, totally sucks you in. All the characters are outstanding! Zoe is so funny and honest to the bone. This show is refreshing and believable and broadwayish in a modern “for real” way. Please, please bring it back!!!! Lovit lovit lovit!

Fox cancels too many good shows for mindnumbing reality garbage..
