Is the third season of FOX’s The Resident TV show just what the doctor ordered? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether TV shows are cancelled or renewed. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you the chance to rate all of the third season episodes of The Resident here. *Status update below.
A FOX medical drama, The Resident stars Matt Czuchry, Bruce Greenwood, Manish Dayal, Emily VanCamp, Shaunette Renée Wilson, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Jane Leeves, and Morris Chestnut. The series follows a group of doctors at Chastain Memorial Hospital, as they face personal and professional challenges on a daily basis. Although its motto is, “Committed to excellence,” the hospital is staffed with human beings, and humans are flawed. In the third season, the doctors are surrounded by new rules and physicians, as Red Rock Mountain Medical takes over the hospital. The staff includes senior resident internist Conrad Hawkins (Czuchry), resident internist Devon Pravesh (Dayal), nurse practitioner Nicolette Nevin (VanCamp), surgical resident Mina Okafor (Wilson), cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. AJ Austin (Warner), orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Kit Voss (Leeves), neurosurgeon Dr. Barrett Cain (Chestnut), and CEO Dr. Randolph Bell (Greenwood).

I love the series. Only problem is it airs at the same time as NCIS, so I watch it on demand. Please, please renew The Resident.
The Raptor character is cool! Like to see him get together with Mina. They would be good for each other.
And I think they are setting Conrad up for something bad.
Have to wait for next season to find out.

I absolutely love The Resident. I base my whole weeks activities around this show. PLEASE renew this series. They are all like family to me. Can’t end like the show on 4/7/2020. Definitely more to come. PLEASE

I love this show. I love the diversity and different personalities like Omina. I like the fact it isn’t always a happy ending so there’s realness. I just made a friend watch a new episode and in 48 hours the have binged watched 2 seasons on hulu trying to catch up for the season finale. I don’t watch a lot of tv, but this show and 911 my dvr is set for just incase i miss it i can watch when i get home. From a 68 yr old point of view, I love this show. I don’t always watch it on the it’s show night but I always catch up on the weekend. The love all the characters the actors portray and look forward to being enlightened and entertained! TY
My husband and I love this show. Never miss it. Love the characters and story lines. Only complaint is the characters talk so low we can’t hear what their saying half of the time (especially Conrad and Nic)!
