The game isn’t over yet. The CW network has renewed the All American TV series for a third season which will air as part of the 2020-21 television season.
The All American TV show stars Daniel Ezra, Taye Diggs, Karimah Westbrook, Chad L. Coleman, Bre-Z, Greta Onieogou, Samantha Logan, Michael Evans Behling, Cody Christian, Monet Mazur, and Jalyn Hall. Inspired by the life of NFL player Spencer Paysinger, the story centers on Spencer James (Ezra), a rising high school football player and an A student at Compton’s South Crenshaw High. When Beverly High football coach Billy Baker (Diggs) recruits Spencer to join his team, the young man must learn how to live in two worlds at once, maintain his grades, and still leave it all on the field. In season two, Spencer is now a football State Champion who must decide whether he should stay in Beverly Hills or move back to South LA to reunite with his family and play for his father.
The second season of All American is averaging a 0.23 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 716,000 viewers. Compared to season one, that’s up by 6% and 7%, respectively.
Season two of All American (which has 16 episodes) resumes on January 20th. Season three will air as part of the 2020-21 television season and that kicks off in Fall 2020.

Awesome show and the fact that it is based on a true story makes it even better. I also binged watched the first season and simply can’t wait for the next one. Not only is the show’s story line is amazing but there are some very great young actors. The acting is phenomenal. Spencer, Coop, Tyrone, Olivia, Layla & Asher (sorry I don’t know their real names) are amazing actors. Great show hope it can stay around for awhile.

Love the show and excited that season three has been added. Glad my boy Darnell is staying in the series. Was hoping Cory would have stayed around a little longer. Spenc and Olivia is what the viewers are hoping for before it’s all said and done …. Great choice CW for keeping ALL AMERICAN alive … The series is the drip.. And Laura really hung Billy out to dry …. She be wrong for that …
Absolutely love love this show. So happy that the CW has again has renewed this show. The actors are amazing and the stories are so real and relatable. Shout out to Netflix for picking up this show which is how I discovered this amazing show.
